1、Module 6Eating togetherUnit 3Language in use设计说明本单元主要是复习前面所学的内容,Language practice部分通过例句,呈现了三种时态的被动语态。接下来对被动语态进行深入讲解,让学生明确被动语态的用法以及不同时态下的谓语构成。通过设置一部分练习,检验学生的掌握情况。通过设置一部分有关饮食的听力题,让学生既能提高听力技能,又能多方面了解有关饮食的风俗习惯等。语篇阅读让学生在具体语境中加深对中国饮食文化的理解。Around the world部分介绍了美国人是如何过16岁生日的,通过这篇小短文可以让学生了解不同的文化,并开拓国际视野。接下来,
2、对本单元中出现的重难点知识点进行讲解,排除学生的学习障碍。最后,通过让学生描述一次就餐经历,教会学生用所学知识进行合理表达。教学目标通过本单元的教学,让学生达成以下目标:1.知识目标(1)复习本模块新单词、短语及句型;(2)复习并巩固各种时态的被动语态。2.能力目标(1)能够运用被动语态谈论中西方用餐礼仪的差异;(2)能够描述一次特别的就餐经历。3.情感目标通过学习邀请函和西方用餐礼仪, 体会中西方用餐礼仪的差异,保持中国饮食习惯中良好的习惯,借鉴西方饮食习俗中好的方面。重点难点重点:本模块的重点短语和句子难点:各种时态的被动语态教学准备PPT课件;活动5、6、7的录音授课时数1课时教学过程S

4、urage them to find out what grammatical form these sentences are in.Step 2Grammar被动语态1. 英语中的两种语态主动语态和被动语态。主动语态表示主语是动作的执行者,被动语态表示主语是动作的承受者。如: We clean the classroom every day. (主动语态,主语we是clean这一动作的执行者)The classroom is cleaned every day. (被动语态,主语the classroom是clean这一动作的承受者)2. 使用被动语态的情况(1) 不知道或没有必要知道动作
5、的执行者时e.g. English is spoken all over the world. (2) 强调或侧重动作的承受者时e.g. This dictionary is used by most students. 3. 各种时态的被动语态时态谓语构成例句一般现在时am/is/are +动词过去分词Knives and forks are used for most Western food.一般过去时was/were +动词过去分词The play was performed by the Beijing English Theatre Company.一般将来时be going to
6、/will be +动词过去分词You are going to/will be invited to a big meal.4. 主动句与被动句之间的转换5. 主动句变为被动句所遵循的4个步骤l 把原主动句的宾语变为被动句的主语。l 把动词变为被动形式, 即“be+过去分词”, 并注意其人称和数随主语的变化,而动词的时态则保持不变。l 原主动句的主语如果需要则放在by后面 (注意: 代词要用宾格),如果不需要则可省略。l 其他成分(定语、状语)不变。注意:1. 在主动语态中,在make,let,hear,see,watch,notice等词后接省略to的动词不定式作宾补,在变为被动语态时,须
7、加上to。e.g. He made us laugh.We were made to laugh by him.2. 双宾语结构改为被动语态时,若直接宾语(物)作主语,那么动词后要用介词,这个介词由与其搭配的动词决定;若间接宾语(人)作主语,则动词后不需要介词。e.g. She gave me an orange.An orange was given to me by her.3. 一些动词短语用于被动语态时,动词短语应当看作一个整体,而不能丢掉其中的介词或副词。e.g. Old people are taken good care of in China. 在中国,老年人得到很好的照顾。A
8、 notice will be put up on the wall.墙上会贴出一个告示。从例句可以看出take care of, put up等短语动词的被动语态与单个动词的被动语态构成方式相同。Step 3Practice 1.
