Lets fetch something to eat. 咱们去取些吃的东西吧。 fetch 动词，意为“(去)拿来”。Dad asked me to fetch him a newspaper.爸爸要求我去给他拿一份报纸。 辨析：fetch, take, bring 与 carry这四个词都可以表示“拿；带”。其区别是： bring 表示“拿来；带来”, 指从别处拿过来; take 表示“拿走；带走”, 指从此处拿到

17、别处去； fetch表示“(去) 拿来”，包括一个往返的过程; carry 不强调方向，表示“携带、背着、运送、搬扛”等意思。3.
