2、策略。一、教案组成一篇完整的教案一般包含以下几次局部:教学目标、教学重难点、教学过程、板书设计、教学反思五块局部。当然有的教材里还有教具、课前准备等等,这些也是可以的。但是鉴于面试备课时间只有20分钟,而教具在试讲过程中是可以浮现出来的,所以建议大家保存五局部内容就已经足够了。其中教学目标又包含知识和技能、过程和方法、情感态度和价值观三块。教学着重包含教学的着重和教学难点,有时重难点可以是一次知识点。教学过程是教案的主体也是最重要的局部,一般包含“四部曲”,分别是导入、新授、巩固、小结作业。板书设计是试讲知识点的总体浮现。教学反思一般只需要写上这四次字就可以,因为具体的反思内容需要等到教学结束
3、以后才干写。二、教案难写局部一般来讲,一次比拟胜利的试讲主要是完成了教案中的教学目标、突破了教学重难点,以及教学过程清晰的浮现出来了。那么对于教案中比拟难写的这几块内容详细分析一下。首先是教学目标。注意以下几点,一是教学的三维目标不能少写;二是书写规范,一般包含行为主体、行为动词、行为条件、表示水平。行为主体为学生也可以省去,行为动词如“背诵、了解、书写”,行为条件是指在什么样的条件下。如“学生能在三分钟内对全班同学演说林肯在葛底斯堡演说词全文,语气的停顿和语调的变更应和该演说风格一致。” 这里表白的意识是让学生背诵课文,但是它包括了上面的所有书写要素。在这里提醒考生:四次维度是相对原则,由于
4、备课时间紧迫,所以教学目标不要太多。所以行为主体、行为动词不要省。后两者可以不要太详细。 其次是教学重难点,教学重难点可以从以下几次维度进行考虑,一是试讲题目就是试讲的主要知识点可设为着重,二是看试题清单中的要求;教学难点一般是比拟抽象的概念或者对于学生目前的知识水平还不容易的理解的知识点,例如提高学生价值观目标就可以定为教学难点。最后是教学过程。教学过程的重要性不问可知。一是注意教学环节的完整性;二是导入新课注意新颖性,时间不宜太长,一般不超过一分半钟。新授教学内容要注意知识点的档次性,逻辑性不能混乱,在每次知识点讲解完后要注意及时的巩固提高了。最后是小结作业局部,这局部要体现新课标理念,切
