1、西南大学 硕士学位论文 自我接纳专题训练对艾滋病致孤儿童心理健康影响的实验研究 姓名:杨白冰 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:发展与教育心理学 指导教师:张大均 ;江琦 20100501 自我接纳专题训练对艾滋病致孤儿童心理 健康影响的实验研究 摘要 艾滋病在世界范围的流行给儿童造成了灾难性的危害,父母一方或双方死亡 对艾滋病致孤儿童心理的发展造成严重而深远的影响,诸多研究结果发现艾滋病 致孤儿童较之非孤儿有较高的消极和悲观情绪,呈现高水平的焦虑、抑郁,较低 的自尊水平和外在行为问题。他们非常需要心理的支持和辅导。目前,我国对艾 滋病致孤儿童的干预研究非常有限,干预模式大多处于零碎的探讨阶段,干预实
2、 践初步开展,干预方案缺乏一定的结构性和系统性。在借鉴国外干预模式的基础 上结合我国艾滋病致孤儿童的具体情况,在实践中探索出科学的有效的多种干预 模式,尤其是孤儿院的辅导模式亟待开展,以满足致孤儿童心理发展需要。 本研究本着 理论分析 -调查研究 -专题训练 -结果分析 的思路,采用访谈 法、问卷调查法、教育实验法、文献分析法等相结合的方式对艾滋病致孤儿童的 自我接纳发展特点进行了探讨。在此研究基础上,对艾滋病致孤儿童进行了自我 接纳专题训练,以检验此专题训练方案对提高艾滋病致孤儿童的自我接纳和自尊 水平和调整焦虑和抑郁情绪,改善心理健康状况的有效性,为今后以儿童家园的 方式养育的艾滋病致孤儿
3、童的心理健康教育提供参考和依据。综合本研究,主要 得出以下结论: (1) 艾滋病致孤儿童的自我接纳水平显著低于普通儿童。 (2) 艾滋病致孤儿童的自我接纳存在年级差异,其中,三年级学生的自我接 纳水平显著高于四年级、五年级和六年级学生,而且四年级和五年级最低,六年 级又有所回升。 (3) )自我接 纳专题训练能够有效提高艾滋病致孤儿童的自我接纳和自尊水 平,有助于缓解其焦虑和抑郁情绪,改善艾滋病致孤儿童心理健康状况 关键词:自我接纳专题训练艾滋病致孤儿童心理健康 The experimental study on Self-Acceptance Training affecting menta
