1、互联网 +教育 理念下中学生心理健康教育模式构建 专业名称:心理健康教育 申请人:邢泽轩 指导教师 “. 赓昌荫教授 论文答辩委员会 主席 互联网 +教育 理念下中学生心理健康教育模式构建 姓名:邢泽轩 专业:心理健康教育 导师:廖昌荫教授 研究方向:心理健康教育 2014级 摘要 _丨丨 Y3080425 中学阶段的青少年正处于个体发展的重要阶段,在心理学领域称之为 心理危机时 刻 ,也就是青春发育期 ( 青春期),青春期是个体生长发育的鼎盛时期,这个时期,身体 和生理机能发生急剧变化,心理和社会性发展方面出现显著改变,但身体与心理发展速度 不平衡,所以在这一阶段的中学生容易产生许多心理上的
2、问题,其对今后的发展有很大影 响。所以中学生心理健康教育不仅是当今社会与时代发展的需要,也是保证传统教育顺利 稳定进行的重要补充,更是我国实施九年义务教育的助推剂。 当今时代互联网高速发展,以个人电脑、手机、平板等移动终端为平台,以多媒体信 息传播技术为主要内容的现代网络信息技术给许多行业与领域带来革命性变革, 互联网 + 这一新理念的诞生,让现代中学教育有了新的发展方向。 互联网 + 就是运用互联网 通信技术借助互联网信息平台将传统行业与互联网进行深度融合,使其拥有更高效、快捷 的发展生态。在当今众多中学中,互联网以其互动性、开放性等特点,为学校师生提供交 流的平台并且方便了教师对学生进行思
3、想教育,在心理健康教育平 台的构建上, 互联网 + 教育 开辟了一条切实可行的新路径。如运用网络优势,以网络为载体,借助多媒体移动 终端进行中学生心理健康教育,逐渐成为当代中学心理健康教育发展的方向。 基于上述观点,本文分别从五个方面对 互联网 + 理念下中学生心理健康教育模式 进行了论述。 第一章:本章节对 互联网 +教育 理念进行基本概述。主要从互联网教育的研究内 容、优势、意义,以及政府对互联网教学的政策支持等方面进行阐述。 第二章:本章节对现如今我国大部分地区中学生心理健康教育水平发展缓慢与出现的 问题进行阐述,指出我国中学生进行 心理健康教育的必要性与急迫性,中学生心理健康教 育是当
4、代教育的迫切需要,是全面推进素质教育,培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展人才 的重要因素,我国中学生心理健康教育必须寻求新的方法和路径。 第三章 ; 阐述 互联网 +教育 理念下我国中学生心理健康教育网络模式的构建依据。 从构建意义、基础理论、实践基础与可行性四个方面进行论述。 第四章: 互联网 +教育 理念下中学生心理健康教育模式初步构建。此章节提出了该 教育模式的构建原则与构建目标,设计出了一套针对我国中学生的心理健康网络教育模 式,分析其教育目的、构成要素、教育内容、应用对象,并研究其运行模式及保障机制, 最终提出了针对此种心理健康网络教育模式的发展对策。 结论与小结中主要论述研究 互联网
5、+教育 理念下的中学生心理健康教育模式的价 值、创新点和其存在的问题,初步指出其今后努力和改进的方向。 笔者认为对 互联网 +教育 理念下中学生心理健康教育模式的研究对我国中学生心 理健康教育具有理论与实践意义,其研究路程任重而道远。 . 关键词:中学生; 互联网 +教育 ;心理健康;网络模式 Abstract Secondary school teenagers are in the crucial stage of individual development, which in the field of psychology is called “psychological crisis
6、“. At this period of time, adolescents go into puberty (adolescent). During the period of adolescence, every individual grows up in a fast speed, and the body and sharp changes in physiology, the most obvious aspects are psychological and social development changes. But the body growth and mental de
7、velopment are imbalanced, so middle school students are prone to cause many psychological problems during this period of time, which brings of a great influence on their future development. So the mental health education is not only the need of the development of society, but also ensures traditiona
8、l education work smoothly. Whats more, it is the propellant of the nine-year compulsory education. Internet develops in a high-speed recently ; modern network technology brings revolutionary changes to the many industries and areas through personal computers, mobile phones, tablets and other mobile
9、terminal as the platform. “Internet +M is a new concept, which leads a new development direction to the modern middle school education, internet +M means the depth fusion between traditional industrious and the Internet, which make them have a more efficient and faster development Internet provides
10、a communication platform for teachers and students in many middle schools due to its interactivity, openness, which makes it more convenient for teachers to work on mental education. “Internet + education“ has provided a feasible new path of the psychological health education platform. With the aid
11、of multimedia terminals for middle school students mental health education and using network as the carrier has gradually became the direction of the contemporary middle school mental health education. Based on the viewpoints above, this paper respectively discussed the middle school students mental
12、 health education with the mode of “Internet +f, from five aspects. The first chapter : this chapter is the bask overview of M!nternet + education1. It mainly contains the research content, advantages, the significance of Internet education, and the supportive government policy of internet education
13、. The second chapter: this chapter contains the slow developing speed of students mental health education in most areas of our country. It also explains the problems accrued recently. So it points out the necessity and urgency of psychological health education in middle school in China. The mental h
14、ealth education is deadly needed in the contemporary education, which is the important factors of promoting quality education and cultivating of the all-round development talents who are full of morality, intelligence and physique.
