12、求，调整专业方向，培养出适合行业需要的人才。本次调研以区域经济和高新技术产业发展需求为目标，以行业企业对模具中职人才需求为立足点， 力求建立一个科学合理的、 系统完善的、 具有中职教育特色的专业课程体系。基于应用性、实践性、综合性的原则，使毕业生既能掌握模具设计的专业理论知识， 又要具备模具加工设备的操作、编程、维护与管理与模具 CAD/CAM 软件应用等实际技术。 这就要求我们对模具企业职业岗位群、区域经济的发展和高新技术状况做出全面了解，以适应本土地区产业结构的调整，模具行业企业单位对人才的需求， 毕业生可持续发展的需要。 同时，模具设计与制造专业还将考虑深入加强校企合作、系统开发人才培养

13、新途径， 促进该专业学生职业能力的形成，使毕业生真正具备复合型人才的特色。二、模具行业中应用型人才需求调查我们走访对象主要是烟台和东营地区毕业生比较集中的几家企业，分别与人事部分的负责人、模具加工车间主任、技术人员、操作工人，以及本地毕业生等不同层次的人员接触； 通过这些不同形式的社会调查发现： 模具技术人才是机械、电子、信息、塑料等产业有大量的市场需要。随着经济的发展，模具CAD 技术逐步普及，企业对模具设计人才产生了从数量需求向质量需求的深刻转变， 模具专业的毕业生从大多数从事模具设计到只有少数人才能从事模具设计工作的， 而更多的毕业生必须走向模具制造等操作型岗位。由于数控加工技术在模具制

25、内容来开展，一是模具专业的毕业生和毕业后主要从事的岗位群，二是完成这些岗位群的工作任务应具备哪些能力，三是模具加工行业的对人才新要求与课程的影响等。本专业必备掌握模具制造工艺与设计技术专业基础理论，具有较强的模具制造和维修能力， 具有数控设备的编程、 操作、维护技能帷有专业技术的综合应用能力和一定的工作创新精神， 适应生产、 管理、服务第一线需要的高等技术应用型人才。1本专业毕业生主要从事模具设计与制造行业的模具加工、装配、维修试模工作，也能参与一般的模具制造行业的设计和试验工作，经过三年的学习和实训，按专门机构化的培养方向分别担任任以下岗位群的工作：（1）模具制造的数控加工人员；（2）模具制
