To answer this, we need to look at some of the reasons why we need speed reading.It should always be in your mind that sp

Actually, it is adopted in certain situations and its not always necessarily a skill you need to apply every time you read something.An example, if you are in bed reading the latest novel, it is unlikely that you are going to read fast. Clearly in the latter, where we want to be done with the reading and off to sleep, we can adapt our speed reading skills and in theformer we may choose not to. In other words, speed reading

Apply them at times when you need to read something really fast, but not when you dont need to.Furthermore, as your retention(记忆) rates are usually better with speed reading, it is often a good idea that you speed reading at times when you have a special need t
