5、above the ground. 二、井点降水施工方案Well point dewatering construction scheme. 根据上述水文地质特性,在本工程基坑开挖深度(最大深度为-4.3m左右)范围内涉及的地基土层依次为、层,其中第层为灰色淤泥质粉质粘土含水量高,且不均匀开挖深度与层接近,基坑开挖时,在水头差的作用下,局部可能会产生管涌及流砂现象。 According to the geology features, the foundation pit excavation depth is maximum about -4.3m,and the excavating so
6、il layers are layer and ,the layer is of grey stick mud which is of great water, and the uneven excavation depth is near the layer .When excavating, part of layer will have water emerging and sand flow. 根据设计,基坑围护采用拉森钢板桩加围檩围护形式,在基抗开挖时为确保基坑内土体的强度,满足坑内开挖的要求及出土外运的需要,基坑开挖时采用轻型井点降水的措施。 According to the de
7、sign, use Lason steel sheet pile and surrounding beam to keep water out. While excavating, take well point dewatering measures for soil excavation, in order to guarantee the soil strength and meet the excavation requirements and soil taking out requirement. 根据本工程的基坑开挖及基础底板结构施工的要求,本次降水目的:According to
8、 the requirement of foundation pit excavation and base construction, the purpose of this dewatering is as follows: (1)疏干围护内的地层中的自由水,加固基坑外和坑底下的土体,提高坑外土体抗力,从而减少坑底隆起和围护结构的变形量,降低基坑外地下水对围护结构的压力。 Dewater the water in retaining layer, reinforce the soil outside and at the bottom d foundation , increase the
9、 resistance of soil outside the pit, thereby reducing the bottom uplifting and deformation of the retaining structure ,lessening the pressure of groundwater on the retaining structure outside the pit. (2)疏干坑内地下水,方便挖掘机和工人在坑内施工作业。 Dewater the groundwater in pit, that is favorable for the pit operation
10、 by excavators and construction employees. 1) 施工方案选择construction scheme selection 餐厅地下室开挖部位面积为408,根据基坑开挖深度,基坑开挖前将进行轻型井点预降水。轻型井点降水实际有效长度为每套60延长米(双排),井点支管间距1.50M。根据基坑实际形状和分布,餐厅将布设轻型井点1套。由于本工程工期紧,降水时间较短,故轻型井点施工要精心安排、科学管理、认真施工保质保量地按期完成施工任务。 Excavation area of dining-room basement is 408 , according to t
11、he pit excavation depth, light well point dewatering will be conducted before the excavation. The light well point actual and effective length is 60m (double row) per set, well point tubes spacing is 1.50 M. According to the actual shape and distribution of foundation pit, we will investigate 1 set
12、of light well point. Because this construction period is tight, dewatering time is short, so the light well point construction should be careful arranged, scientific managed, and earnestly construction to finish the construction task in time. 2、工程水文地质概况engineering hydro-geological situation 根据提供的本工程
13、地质勘察报告,本工程场地标高在3.804.00米之间,场地浅部土层中的地下水属于潜水类型,地下水静止水位埋深在1.250.55m之间,潜水位的动态变化主要受控于大气降水量。常年平均地下水埋深可取0.5米。 本工程开挖范围内降水设计相关的工程地质特性如下表: According to this project, provide the geological investigation report, the engineering sites elevation is 3.80 meters, the site soil layer between shallow groundwater is
14、of dive type, the groundwater static water depth is 125 0.55 m, the water-layer groundwater is controlled mainly by rainwater amount. 16、logy. 四、降水施工井位布置总体思路general principle of dewatering wells locating 根据本工程基坑范围小、综合勘测揭露的地质条件, 本工程主要采用轻型井点进行降水,疏干基坑内的地下水,最为经济合理。 As the foundation pit area is not large and combines with geological features, adopt light wells dewatering for this project, to drain the underwater water in foundation pit,
17、that will be most economic. 本基坑四周有钢板桩止口围护,一般能起到阻止基坑外围水流入的功效,因此,只要降低基坑中的水位就能达到降水目的。 The foundation pit is retained by steel sheet pile, that can stop outside water flowing into the pit, so as to achieve dewatering for foundation pit. 根据轻型井点封闭降水的原理,在基坑内设置轻型井点一套两排布置。取井点支管长度8,埋设时降低井点沟槽1米。四周的井点主要用来控制挖土后基
18、坑工程的上浮,因此,滤管必须埋设到淤泥质粉质粘土层中。(详见附图:轻型 井点降水布置示意图) According to light well point closed dewatering principle, we build a set of well tubes in two rows in pit. The well point tube length is 8 ,when burying they reduce the well point groove by 1 m. The well points around is mainly used to control the floa
19、ting upward after earth excavation, therefore the filter tube must be buried to the silty clay layer.(for details see sketch 05 : light well point dewatering layout ) 五、井点施工设计well point construction design 5.1 渗透流量Q值计算infiltration amount calculation 渗流总量计算infiltration amount calculation .由设计资料知基坑面积为
20、408,地下水埋深最小为-0.5米,最大含水量为 45.3%。Based on the design information, the foundation pit area is 408,the underground water minimum depth is -0.5m,the maximum water content is 45.3%. .基坑地下水位以下最大深度-5.9米: 5.91.1=4.8米, The maximum water depth in pit is -5.9m, 5.91.1=4.8m. 则:最大渗流总量Q=0.4534.8408=887m3(基坑按近似的长方形
21、计算);另外,因考虑地下水位补充和下雨影响,估计渗流总量为1330m3。 The foundation pit underground water maximum depth is -5.9m: 5.91.1=4.8m.Therefore the maximum infiltration amount is Q=0.4534.8408=887m3 (the pit is measured by rectangle shape).Moreover we estimate the infiltration amount is 1330 m3, considering about the under
22、ground water supply and rainwater. 5.2井点设备日抽排q计算well point water drainage amount calculation .考虑土壤渗透性差,故井点设备抽排量为30m3/小时,每天抽排24小时。Considering about the soil infiltration is weak, so the drainage amount is 30m3/h,draining 24 hours each day. .有效利用系数按70%计算;由前得知井点布置1套进行降水。 .日抽排量q=302410.7=504m3 为确保回水影响,截
23、止土方开挖前一日进行井点管拔除。 采用JSJ60型真空射流泵机组,每组井点加真空,支管间距1.5米,预降 水7天后即可开挖。 Using JSJ60 type vacuum jet pump units, each group well point adds vacuum tubes spacing 1.5 meters, precipitation 7 days then can excavate. 4、确定井点长度confirm the well point length 井管的埋设深度H(不包括滤头)按常规设计 The burying depth of well pipe H is de
24、signed according to common regulation(not including the filter). HH1h1IL 式中in formula H1:井管的埋设面至基坑的距离(米)同时考虑总管接口在地面以下 1.0米。 h1:基坑轴线上降水的地下水位与基坑的距离一般不小于0.5米 I:地下水降落坡度,环形井点为1/10,单排线状井点为1/5; L:井管至基坑边线的水平距离(米) H40.51/1018=6.3米,取7米 轻型井点点距设计为1.21.5米,详见“井点平面布置示意图”,井点滤水管埋设深度为7.0m。采用加真空法进行施工。 The well point s

The well filtering pipe burying depth is e vacuum to construct. 六、施工工艺construction technology 2) 具体施工技术Specific construction technique 施工工艺流程construction technological process : 施工前的准备放线定位开挖冲孔沟铺设总管、安装水泵水冲孔成孔后下支管填砂砾滤料用弯联管将井点管与总管接通上部填粘土封闭安装抽水设备与总管连通开动真

28、on , by mechanical excavation we form groove of 1m wide, so facilitate cycling and discharge of water of high volume upon punching, and the depth is so that we see old soil when we clear the aliens from the groove. 总管及排水布置Main tube and drainage arrangement 总管布设在稍高于原始地下水位处,以便最大限度利用真空度抽吸地下水。集水坑建在总管中部,
29、总管设坡度在1/3001/500,向集水坑倾斜。水泵靠近总管,进水管与总管齐平。集水坑内的水直接采用水泵抽至施工便道外侧排水沟。 Main tube is arranged at the height a bit higher than the original ground-water, so as to maximize the vacuum to suck the ground water. Collecting sump is at the middle of the main tube, which incline to the collecting sump at gradient
30、 1 / 300 1/500.Water pump approaches main tube,and water inlet pipe is level with main tube. Wate from the collecting sump directly is sucked to the drain ditch outside the construction road by water pump . 冲孔Punch hole 将冲管吊起并插在井点的位置上,然后开动高压水泵(一般压力为0.61.2MPa)用高压水冲刷土体,冲孔时冲管应垂直插入土中,并做上下左右摆动,以加剧土体松动,边冲
31、边沉。冲孔直径为300,冲孔深度比设计滤管底深0.5左右,以防冲管拔出时,部分土颗粒沉于孔底。 Hoist the wash pipe and insert to the well point position, and then run the high-pressure hydraulic pump(generally pressure is 0.6 1.2 MPa)and flush the soil with high pressure water, and when punching the wash pipe shall be inserted to the soil perpen
32、dicularly, and wag up and down, so as to aggravate soil mass loosening, and we sink while washing. Punching hole diameter is 300 m m,punch depth is 0.5more or less deeper than the designed filter tube bottom, to avoid settlement of soil granule at bottom of hole when we unplug the wash pipe . 井点管的埋设
33、Well point tube burying 井孔冲成后,立即拔出冲管,插入井点支管,井点支管应置于孔的中央,并在井点管与孔壁之间迅速填灌砂滤层。井点用砂,颗粒直径为0.30.5,含泥量不得超过3%。填灌均匀,至距地面自然土以下1深度,以上部分用粘土填实封闭支管四周防止真空泄露。 When the well hole forms, we immediately unplug the wash pipe and insert the well point side tube , which shall at middle of the hole, and we fill sand infilt
34、ration bed quickly between well point tube and wall of hole. Well point sand has particle diameter 0.3 0.5,and the silt content shall not exceed 3% .Stuffing should be even, and till the 1 m depth below the ground natural soil, and the higher part is filled by clay to seal around the side tube to pr
35、event vacuum leakage. 支管与总管连接Side tube and main tube connection 井点集水总管布设就位和支管打设完成以后,在两者还没连接完成之前,应先用木塞或塑料布包裹裸露的管口丝牙,防止异物入内或施工过程中不小心碰坏管口。 After the water-collecting header is in place and the side tube is complete, before they connect, we use wood stopper or plastic cloth to wrap the naked pipe orific
36、e thread, to prevent foreign matter to enter or damage to pipe orifice during construction course . 当总管和支管连接完成以后,应检查弯管等各部件接口是否紧配、严密,防止漏气。并进行试抽水检查有无漏气、淤塞等现象。一旦发现异常,立即检修。When the main and branch tubes are linked, wee shall check the elbow and other interface to see whether they are tight and prevent l
37、eak. We also conduct trial bailing of water to check air leak and blockage. Once we find disorder,we immediately repair. 3) 井点管的拔除Removal of well point tube 经水位观测,坑内水位降至坑底以下1米后,开始土方开挖。土方开挖过程中,根据开挖进度,井点管依次拔除。同时保留的井点管需做好加固和保护工作。 Through water level observation,after water level in pit decrease to one
38、meter below the bottom, we begin earth excavation .During earth excavation course, according to excavation progress, well point tube are removed in turn.At the same time the reserved well point tube requires reinforcement and protection. 本工程采用高压水冲法冲孔,必须保持0.8-1.0MPS的水压力,施工现场供水管直径不得小于100mm,如达不到可采用循环在施
39、工中加以解决。 Adopt high pressure flushing method for this project, must keep 0.8-1.0MPS water pressure. The construction water supply pipe diameter should not be less than 100mm,if can not reach this standard can use water recycle to deal with it. 本工程施工工艺见下:The construction process as follow: 放线挖沟槽排放总管冲孔
40、沉管填砂连接总管安装抽水机组试抽 mark the line dig trench lay the tubes dig holes sink tubesfill sand connect with general tube install pumping machines pump water for test (1)冲孔施工中应左右晃动冲管,(2)冲孔径不应小于300mm,(3)深度应以滤管底深0.5m以上,管距为1.5m。(4)每根井点沉没后应检验渗水性能。井点管与孔壁之间填砂滤料时管口应有泥浆冒出或向管内灌水时,能够很快下渗方为合格。(5)井点系统安装完毕,必须及时试抽,并全面检查管路接
41、头质量,井点出水状态及抽水机械运转情况等,如发现漏气和“死井”,应该立即处理,检查合格后,井点孔地面下0.5m-1.0m的深度范围内应用粘性土填塞。(6)在降水过程中,应按时观测流量、真空度,密切注意周围环境有无异变,并做好原始记录。 While punching, should shaking the pipe. The hole diameter should not be less than 300mm,the depth should be 0.5m above the filter pipe bottom, and the pipe space is 1.5m.Test the in
42、filtration of each well point. Only the sand will drop in or the pipe sinks when water is pored in the pipe, then it can be qualified. After the well point system is installed, test pumping and check the pipe connection. Inspect the well point water flowing and pump operation work, if any each air l
43、eakage is found, should deal with it and check it again until it is qualified. 0.5m-1.0m under well point hole should be stuffed with stick soil. (6)During dewatering ,check the flow、vacuum degree on time, pay attention to the mutation of surrounding environment, record the variation. 七、机具配备machine
44、and equipment 八、项目管理体系management system 九、质量和安全quality and safety 1、质量quality 1)施工质量由公司质检部门进行监督检查; The construction quality should be inspected and monitored by company quality inspection station. 2)根据降水要求,严格按施工组织设计提出的施工方法进行施工,施工员应对工人作好技术交底工作,施工过程中必须落实各项技术措施; According to dewatering requirements, st
45、rictly construct according to the construction methods proposed in construction organization design, take technologic disclosure to construction workers, take technical measures during construction process; 3)认真做好降水记录; Earnestly make dewatering record. 4)坑外水位发生变化,应及时调整降水作业; If water level changes, should adjust dewatering work; 5)与业主、监理、管理公司各方保持密切联系,互通信息,协调配合; Keep close contact with client/Jianli and M+W, and exchange information with each other, coordinate well with them. 6)施工中发生意外情况,应及时分析解决,并与有关方面联系协调。 If any construction accidents occur, should timely analyze and solve, and
