When you run, climb or jump a lot during the day, you might have aches and pains in your legs at night.Your parent can help you feel
5、better by giving you an over-the counter pain medicine like acetaminophen(退热净) or ibuprofen(布洛芬). Kids should not take aspirin because it can cause a rare but serious illness called Reye syndrome(急性脑病综合症).Here are three other things that might help you feel better: 1) placing a heating pad on the sp
