2、当前，各种新兴媒体逐渐出现在我们的视野中，越来越多的新兴事物以 “ 微 ” 冠名。自 2009 年起，微博凭借自身的优势获得了广大青年大学生的青睐，并在 大学生中广泛的普及起来。从微博、微信、微小说到现在流行的微电影、微小说 等等，这一系列的新兴 “ 微 ” 事物逐步登上了互联网的大舞台。 “ 微时代 ” 是随 时记录和交流的时代， “ 微时代 ” 的来临受到了大学生的热烈追捧，并逐渐改变 着大学生的生活和行为方式。 在新的形势下，对于高校思想政治教育工作而言， “ 微时代 ” 的兴起给大学 生思想政治教育工作带来了机遇与挑战。本文围绕 “ 微时代 ” 背景下大学生思想 政治教育工作创新研究这

3、一问题，主要从以下几个部分展开研 究： 第一部分，对 “ 微时代 ” 的相关背景进行阐述。包括：选题的背景及意义、 研究综述、研究方法、思路以及创新点，为本文的研究奠定了基础。 第二部分，对 “ 微时代 ” 及其对大学生的影响进行阐释。在阐释 “ 微时代 ” 的概念、主要内容及特征的基础上，进一步揭示了 “ 微时代 ” 对大学生道德观念、 思想行为、人际关系、心理健康这四方面的影响。 第三部分，分析了 “ 微时代 ” 对大学生思想政治教育工作的影响。从 “ 微时 代 ”给大学生思想政治教育工作带来的机遇、挑战以及创新势在必行这三方面展 开论述。 第四部分，主要分析了大学生思想政治教育 工作在

4、“ 微时代 ” 的环境下产生 的问题以及原因。问题主要体现在思想政治教育工作者对 “ 微时代 ” 的重视力度 不够；思想政治教育方法比较单调；垃圾信息对思想政治教育的冲击这几个方面。 在此基础上，针对以上存在的问题进行了原因分析：即 “ 微时代 ” 信息传播内容 的多元化不利于教育主体开展工作；相关网络监管制度不健全；大学生自身沉溺 于微网络；思想政治教育工作者媒介素养意识不高。 第五部分，提出了 “ 微时代 ” 开展大学生思想政治教育工作的对策。该部分 是全文的落脚点，针对 “ 微时代 ” 大学生思想政治教育工作存在的问题，提出了 切实 可行的具体措施。从坚持 “ 微时代 ” 思想政治教育工

5、作的原则；丰富 “ 微时 代 ” 思想政治教育工作的内容；改进 “ 微时代 ” 思想政治教育工作的方法；提升 “ 微时代 ” 思想政治教育工作者的媒介素养；构建 “ 微时代 ” 思想政治教育新环 境；利用 “ 微时代 ” 媒体进行思想政治教育上来进行创新。 关键词：微时代，大学生，思想政治教育工作 Innovative Research of Ideological and Political Education Work for “Micro Era” College Students Abstract With different kinds of new media appearing

6、gradually in our field of vision, more and more new things are ordered the title of “micro”. Since 2009， micro-blog has gained the favor of the majority of young college students with their own advantages and has been popular with the college students. From the micro-blog, micro-channel and micro-fi

7、ction to the popular micro-film and micro-fiction, etc., this series of new “micro” things gradually boarded the big stage of the Internet. The era of “micro era” is to keep records and communication. The coming of “micro era” has been in hot pursuit of college students, which has gradually changed

8、the life and behavior of college students. Under the new situation, the rise of micro-era has brought opportunities and challenges to the micro-era college students9 ideological and political education for the education work of ideological and political from institution of higher education. This pap

9、er focuses on “micro-era” background of innovative research of ideological and political education, and the main parts of the paper are as follows: Firstly, it is to elaborate the background of micro-era. This part includes the background and significance of topics, research reviews, research method

10、s, research thoughts and creative ideas, which laid the foundation for the research of this paper. Secondly, it is to elaborate the micro-era and its impact on college students. Based on the foundation of the interpretation of the concept, content and features of umicro era， further reveal the impac

11、t micro-era on morality and ideology， relationship and mental health of college students. Thirdly, this part analyzes the impact of micro-era on the ideological and political education of college students. It will analyze from three aspects. The first is that micro-era has brought the opportunities

12、to the ideological and political education of college students. The second is that micro-era has brought challenges to the ideological and political education of college students. The third is that the creativity of the ideological and political education of micro-era college students must be impera

13、tive. Fourthly, this part analyzes the problems and causes existing in the ideological and political education of micro-era for college students. The problems are mainly reflected in the ideological and political education workers emphasis on micro-era inadequately; traditional and political educati

14、on that are too monotonous; at the same time a lot of terrible information has bad influence on the education workers. Analyze the causes of existing problems, those are the dissemination of diversified information under micro-era is not conductive to the subject of education work; Related network m

26、机网民规模达 4. 64 亿。在今年上半年的互联网发展中， 手机作为上网终端的表现抢眼，成为新增网民的重要来源，在即时通信、电子 商务等网络应用中均有良好表现，网民中使用手机上网的人群占比提升至 78.5%。而学生群体是网民中规模最大的职业群体，占比为 26.8%。我国微博网 民规模为 3.31 亿，较 2012 年底増长了 2216 万，增长 7.2%。网民中微博使用率 达到了 56.0%，较上年底増加了 1.3 个百 分点。 由此可以看出，新兴 “ 微 ” 事 物的出现，深受广大青年大学生的关注与喜爱，并潜移默化的改变着大学生的 思想观念和行为方式。随着这些新兴微网络平台的广泛普及和发展，

27、现代社会 俨然进入了一个崭新 “ 微时代 ” 。 当前，我们正处于 “ 微时代 ” 的客观环境之中。我们每天更新的微博，使用 着的微信，创造着的微话题，发起了的微公益等等宣告着 “ 微时代 ” 的来临。 “ 微 时代 ”的相关应用受到了大学生的热烈追捧。在信息技术高速发展的今天，对于 大学生思想政治教育工作者而言，如何利用好 “ 微时代 ” 这一平台，是高校思想 政治教育所面临的重 要课题。 (二）研究的意义 大学生思想政治教育工作关系到党和国家的前途和命运，关系到社会主义 建设事业的不断向前，关系到高校的长期稳定的发展。而思想政治教育学科也 是随着时代的发展而不断发展、创新并与时俱进的学科。

29、想政治教 育工作者把握 “ 微时代 ” 特点，为大学生思想政治教育创新工作提供相关的理论 借鉴。在 “ 微时代 ” 的背景下对大学生思想政治教育工作进行创新研究还进一步 丰富和完善了大学生思想政治教育 工作理论。马克思主义要求人的发展是全面 的、自由的发展，大学生思想政治教育的创新必须尊重大学生的主体地位，这为 大学生的全面发展奠定了基础，也为大学生的全面发展提供了坚实的理论依据。 2. 实践意义 “ 微 ” 作为一个新时代的特征，已经慢慢的渗透到大学生学习和生活的方方 面面了。 “ 今天你微博了吗？微信发朋友圈了么？ ” 俨然成为校园中最流行的语 句。在 “ 微时代 ” 的背景下对大学生思想

30、政治教育进行创新研究，可以帮助高校 思想政治教育工作者深入了解并掌握微时代的规律特点，通过微博、微信等微平 台及时了解大学生的思想动态，这样使得思想政治教育工作更加贴切、及时和深 入。本文通过对大学生使用微博、微信情况的调查研究，可以发现，微博、微信 作为网络应用平台，能够真实地反应大学生的学习和生活经历，同时也对思想政 治教育工作者提供了帮助。对微时代背景下大学生思想政治教育工作创新进行研 究，可以引起一定的共鸣，使高校思想政治教育工作者更加关注 “ 微时代 ” 广大 青年大学生的影响，进而提出宝贵的意见或建议，因此具有一定的实践意义。 二、文献综述 () 国内研究现状 目前，越来越多国内的

31、学者投入到了微时代大学生思想 政治教育的创新研 究之中，并取得了一定的成果。目前出版的书籍有 200 多本，其中包括由王虹、 刘智主编的新媒体时代高校思想政治教育创新研究，单春晓主编的高校思 想政治教育工作新视界，潘敏主编的高校网络思想政治教育创新与实践， 郭亮主编的微博将带来什么，李开复主编的微博改变一切，邱道勇主编 的微信改变世界等一系列书籍，以及教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻 关项目等。 在研究成果的发表方面，截止到 2013 年 12 月，通过搜索 CNKI (中国学术 期刊网 络出版总库），以 “ 微时代 ” 为主题，共搜索到文章 528 篇，其中期刊 523 篇，硕士论文 5 篇。以 “ 微时代大学生思想政治教育教育 ” 为主题，共搜 索到文章 4 篇，其中期刊有 3 篇，硕士论文 1 篇。以 “ 微博 ” 和 “ 大学生思想 政治教育 ” 这两个关键词检索，有关微博与思想政治教育的期刊 71 篇，硕士论 文 3 篇。主要内容有以下三点： 1. “ 微时代 ” 的含义及特点 “ 微时代 ” 是以微博，微信公众平台，微网站，微 APP 为传播途径的一种营 销方式。它以微博、微信公众平台作为传播媒介代表，以短小
