8、间的财务活动的总结，为企业进行下一步的财务预测和财务决策提供依据。简言之也就是说财务报表分析实际上是对企业的盈利能力的分析和风险水平的分析。 财务报表亦称对外会计报表，是会计主体对外提供的反映会计主体财务状况和经营的会计报表，包括资产负债表、损益表、现金流量表或财务状况变动表、附表和附注。财务报表分析的关键就在于揭示报表数字与数字之间的关系，并指出他们的变化趋势与金额，从而提高报表信息的决策相关性。只有通过财务报表分析，才能使信息使用者、决策者得到确切的企业财务状况和经营成果的信息，进而指导决策。随着我国市场经济体系的逐步发展和完善，财务工作在企业日常经营活动中越来越重要的作用。 本文从盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力、企业综合分析以及趋势分析等方面进行分析，并对公司的财务状况作出评价并提出建议和对策。根据哈飞汽车股份的资料，对该公司的生产经营和财务管理方面的现状、问题和对策进行了较为全面的论述和思考。
