1、Section Writing建议信技法指导一般而言，建议信属于半开放性作文，大多要求考生根据所给的材料，提出有针对性的解决办法或者合理建议。写作时要注意：一、总体要求1建议信要简明扼要、目的明确、条理清晰、逻辑性强，具有说服力。2提出的理由要入情入理，语气一定要礼貌，以增强其可接受性。二、具体要求1主体时态：文章通常以一般现在时和一般将来时为主，也可以根据需要适当使用其他时态。2主体人称：由于是给对方提建议，所以人称主要为第一人称和第二人称。三、行文要求建议信一般采取“三段式结构”，通常以firstly, secondly, thirdly或to begin with, then, late

2、r等依次陈述建议。1首段：表明写作意图，陈述事由，简单介绍自己的观点。注意措辞和语气。2主体段落：应该首先肯定对方的优点，然后再写需要改进的地方或针对具体情况提出具体建议或忠告。3结尾段：对提出的建议进行总结，要注意表达方式，使对方容易接受。黄金表达1段首常用语I am writing to express my views concerning .
