1、原级比较级最高级一、原级的用法1.句型：A+动词+as+原级+as B.（表示A和B两者比较，程度相同）Tom is as honest as John.汤姆和约翰一样诚实。This jacket is as cheap as that one.这件夹克和那一件一样便宜。注意为了避免重复，我们常用that, those和one一类的代词代替as后重复前面出现的名词。2.否定句：A+not +as +原级+as B.=A+not +so +原级+as B.（表示A、B两者程度不同，即A不如B那么）He is not as（so）tall as I. 他不如我高。3.疑问句：Be动词+A+ as+

2、形容词原级+as B.Is he as busy as before?他还像以前那么忙吗？Is there as much water in this glass as in that one?这个杯子里的水和那个杯子里的一样多吗？2 需注意的原级用法1.表示倍数的句型times as +形容词原级+as（是的几倍）This garden is ten times as large as that one.这个花园是那个的十倍。There are now twice as many schools in the town as in 1972.这个城镇里的学校是1972年的两倍。注意在英语中，

3、两倍用twice，而不用two times，三倍以上用three、fourtimes。2.half as+形容词原级+as（表示“的一半”）My handwriting is not half as good as yours.我的书法不如你的一半儿（好）。3.asas possible（表示“尽可能”）He is as fast as possible.他尽可能的快。二、比较级的用法1. than是比较级中最常见的标志词。than连接另一个所比较的人或物。John is taller than me. 2. 在使用比较级时，than的前后必须是同类事物的比较。（错）His bag is bi

4、gger than you.（对）His bag is bigger than yours (your bag).3. much, a little这些可以用来修饰形容词的比较级，表示程度。Lucy is a little taller than Lily.注意very, quite等程度副词一般只能修饰原级，不能修饰比较级。4. get / become.and.表示变得越来越.。and连接同一个形容词的比较级。Its getting hotter and hotter when summer comes.注意：表示越来越.时，若形容词比较级是原级+er构成的，则常用比较级 + and +

5、比较级形式；若其比较级是more + 原级构成的，则须用more and more + 原级形式。He runs faster and faster.Our hometown is getting more and more beautiful.5.The more, the more越。越。三、最高级的用法 用于三者或三者以上的比较时,表示“最.”这个概念 1、形容词最高级前必须加定冠词the，但如果最高级前有物主代词、指示代词、名词所有格等修饰时，则不用定冠词。My oldest daughter is 16 years old.2、形容词最高级常与由介词in或of引导的表示范围的短语连用
