2、e and application This procedure covers a review of all activities and procedures defined in Environmental Management System in ShenZhen Factory. 3. IntroductionThis procedure defines the responsibilities and method for the management review of the organization s Environmental Management System (ISO

3、 14001). 4. Definitions and AbbreviationsEMS Environmental Management System ISO International Organization of Standardization Main. Engg. Maintenance Engineering QMS Quality Management System 5. ResponsibilitiesFactory manager -To chair management review MR -To initiate the management review meetin

4、g -To coordinate the management review meeting -To authorize the records of management reviews EMS Officer -To prepare the documentation for management review -To issue and record retention of management review minutes 6. Procedures6.1 The management systems shall be reviewed annually to assess effe

5、ctiveness and suitability. As a result of particular incident a review may be undertaken more frequently. 6、 representative and attended by relevant site personnel. The review shall be scheduled after the internal environmental audit. 6.3 Personnel at the management review shall include: 6.3.1 General Manager (if available, otherwise a copy of the meeting minute shall be distributed) 6.3.2 Operations Mana

7、ger 6.3.3 Steering Committee 6.3.4 Management Representative 6.3.5 EMS Officer 6.4 The assessment of the effectiveness of the Environmental Management System shall take into account:- 6.4.1 Customer complaints 6.4.2 Environmental related complaints 6.4.3 Compliance Regulations 6.4.4 Internal audits

8、6.4.5 Implementation of Corrective Actions 6.4.6 Control of incidents 6.4.7 Achievement against stated objectives and targets/EMP 6.4.8 Performance against the environmental policy 6.4.9 Results of assessment by assessment bodies 6.4.10 Action taken from previous reviews 6.4.11 Comments/views from e

9、mployees within the organization. 6.5 The suitability of the system shall take into consideration future issues and external pressure. These factors may include: 6.5.1 Change in legislation/ codes of practice 6.5.2 Change in process (new environmental impacts) 6.5.3 New systems, techniques and techn

10、ology 6.5.4 Customer pressure 6.5.5 Entry into new markets 6.5.6 Scientific evidence (environmental damage) 6.6 The information listed in 6.4 and 6.5 shall form a basis for the review and additional issues shall be listed on the agenda where considered appropriate. 6.7 The review may result in modif

11、ications to the manual and management procedures. All actions required shall be delegated to a review member, recorded and monitored for completion by the environmental representatives. 12、 the Management Review (e.g. Minutes of Management review meeting) shall be maintained by EMS Officer and retained for the period debated in the record procedure. 6.8 The review minute shall be distributed to everyone in the Environmental Management Organization as described in the EMS manual. 7.
