2、ion This procedure serves as a guideline to measure and evaluate the noise of the workplace within Shen Zhen Factory. This procedure is applicable to Shen Zhen Factory only.3. IntroductionThe objectives of noise assessment are a. identify all employees likely to be exposed; and b. provide enough noi

3、se control information to enable appropriate action to be taken. 4. ResponsibilitiesPTE mechanics -perform the noise assessment .EMS

Procedures6.1The noise assessment should be performed by PTE mechanics every six months. 6.2 Measurement Procedure: 6.2.1Each time before and after noise measurements, the acoustic properties of the s NOIS

6、uld be set at Fast response. 6.2.3 The microphone should be placed about 1.5 metres above the floor and held at arm s length to avoid reflections and blocking of sound from some directions.6.2.4 The integrating time should be 30 seconds.6.2.5 Windshield must be used when measurement is done outdoor

7、in order to reduce wind noise, dust and humidity effects.6.2.6 Measurements in terms of Leq should be made at 4 locations and well distributed over the area to be tested. The sound levels should be averaged to be obtain the level for the area. 6.2.7 The measurements should be recorded in Noise Asses

8、sment Report QKW-666-EMS0020 form 1. 6.2.8 The PTE mechanics should submit the Noise Assessment Record to EMS officer. 6.3 If the average measurements are larger than 85dB(A), PTE mechanics should fill in the EIRF and submit the completed form to EMS officer. 6.4 EMS Officer shall investigate the ro

9、ot causes of Environmental Incident and follow up corrective actions taken according to the Corrective and Preventive Action for Environmental Management System (QKW-666-EMS0004). 6.5 EMS officer shall maintain copies of Noise Assessment Reports, EIRF and CAR for five years. 7.Interacting Procedure

11、 Page: 4of 4 Date: 00-01-10 Appendix I Chinese translation of Section 6 6.1 廠房工程的技工應每六個月進行全廠的噪音評估一次。6.2 量度程序6.2.1量度噪音之前和之後，聲級計的聲響性能都需要用電聲式校準器(94dB)來檢查，準確度最少為0.5分貝。6.2.2 積分式聲級計應調校“快” (F)反應上。6.2.3傳聲器通常應放置於地面約1.5米處，以直臂把持以避免反射和堵塞從一些方向來的聲音。6.2.4 量度時間應為 30秒。6.2.5在戶外量度時，必須使用擋風波來減低風聲，塵埃和濕度的效應。6.2.6量度噪音的單位是 Leq，應在不少於 4個可代表位置及平均地分佈於測試的地區，聲級應加以平均，以取得地區的水平。所有量度記錄應填寫在噪音評估報告QKW-666-EMS0020 表格一內。6.2.7廠房工程的技工應將完成的噪音評估報交回EMS主任。6.3如發現噪音超過 85分貝（ A），廠房工程的技工應填寫環境污染報告及將完成後環境污染報告交給 EMS主任。6.4EMS主任調查引致噪音的原因及根據程序 QKW-666-EMS0004 來跟進改善行動。6.5 EMS主任負責保存噪音評估報，環境污染報告及程序來跟進改善行動五年。
