Send the rejected product for rework as/if required. Discuss inspection r

Maintains record of inspections, and Prepares list of defects Report all quality problems or findings to HQ

14、工要求环境防护要求配套机具要求 大路隧道施工过程中，混凝土喷锚支护作业基本都采纳的是湿喷台车，这种设备可以大幅提高施工效率，并且有助于喷锚质量的提升，但是仍旧存在肯定的平安风险，整理了混凝土湿喷台车平安施工要求以及环境防护要求，以供大家参考。 混凝土湿喷台车平安施工要求 1、施工前，应仔细检查和处理作业区的危石，施工机具应布置在平安地带。 2、在V级围岩中施工时，支护必需紧跟开挖工作面。 3、先喷后锚，喷射混凝土厚度不小于50mm，喷射作业中有人随时观看围岩变化状况。 4、锚杆施工宜在喷射混凝土终凝3h后进行。 5、喷射混凝土施工用的工作台架应坚固、牢靠，并应设置平安栏杆。 6、施工中，应定期

15、检查电源线路和设备的电器部件确保用电平安。 7、要常常检查出料弯头输料管和管路接头等有无磨薄击穿或松脱现象，发觉问题应准时处理。 8、处理机械故障时必需使设备断电、停风，向施工设备送电、送风前应通知有关人员。 9、处理堵管时，应将输料管顺直，必需紧按喷头，疏通管路的工作风压不得超过0.4MPa。 10、非操作人员不得进人正进行施工的作业区，喷头前方严禁站人。 11、施工操作人员的皮肤应避开与速凝剂直接接触。 混凝土湿喷台车施工环境防护要求 喷射混凝土产生的粉尘，会严峻恶化施工环境，降低工作效率，损害施工人员健康。在施工中应从三方面进行掌握：粉尘产生源;已产生粉尘的处理;人体防护。 1、粉尘产生

16、源：对粉尘发生源，喷射混凝土施工采纳湿喷工艺，保持喷射机密封良好，防止跑风漏气，掌握好工作风压。 2、已产生粉尘：对已发生粉尘的处理，主要靠加强通风来降低粉尘浓度，掘进长度大于2km后，在距作业面30m处加入一台抽出式通风机，以加强通风排尘;作业区的粉尘浓度不大于2mg/m3，施工中应按规范要求测定粉尘浓度。 3、人体防护：喷射混凝土作业人员采纳个体防尘用具，采纳防尘眼镜、防尘面罩、防护网、手套、雨衣、长筒靴等加强对人体的防护。严格执行施工人员的健康体检制度，严格执行工前工间和工后三个阶段的健康体检，实行施工全程动态健康监护。 混凝土湿喷台车施工配套机具要求 1、工作台架：依据隧道断面大小，现

17、场加工制作台架长度4m(一个作业循环长度)的工作台架。 2、上料平台：设置上料平台，便于混凝土运输车直接上料。 3、混合料搅拌机：强制式混凝土搅拌机，配有自动计量、配料设备等的拌和楼。 4、供水设备：保证水压为0.15MPa0.2MPa，便于冲洗和养护喷水。 5、坍落度筒：1010抗压标准模具，抗渗模具，喷射大板底模及其它帮助工具。 篇3:高空平安作业要求 1.施工人员应符合高空作业要求 严禁患有高血压、恐高症人员高空作业;严禁酒后作业，严禁带病作业;严禁无证(特种作业)上岗;全部的高空作业人员都必需正确佩戴和规范使用平安帽、平安带、平安网等防护用品! 2.施工单位训练要到位 施工单位应强化落

18、实专项平安训练和平安技术交底工作，向工人供应经检测合格的平安防护用品，有针对性地悬挂各类平安警示标志。 3.各相关单位监管要到位 在进行高处作业时，项目部要指定专职平安生产管理员在施工现场实施全过程平安巡查，并拍照存档，监督单位应进行旁站并做好记录。 4.临边预留洞口应做好细致防护 每层设置临边洞口责任牌，标明临边洞口数量和位置，注明防护和检查责任人，临边防护设施因施工需要临时拆除后，应在相应区域设置临时防护设施，每日下班前或施工完成后，按原样恢复。每个洞口和临边的防护措施根据规定做到完整细致。 5.建筑吊篮规范使用 吊篮的装置必需有相应的检测报告，达到肯定高度的吊篮作业应编制专项方案经专家论证后实施，吊篮内作业人员不得超过2人，吊篮停层作业时必需实行牢靠的固定措施。吊篮作业人员必需从地面或牢靠停放面进入吊篮。在吊篮中从事焊接作业时除做好防火措施外，还需对钢丝绳进行防火隔离爱护。 6.移动式作业平台要设置防护栏杆 移动式作业平台必需设置防护栏杆，并布置登高扶梯;严禁采纳门式脚手架搭设。 7.悬挑卸料平台的搭设 悬挑卸料平台搭设完成后必需阅历收合格方可使用，并在醒目位置设置限载牌。 8.高处作业时拆梯的使用 拆梯使用时，梯脚底部应坚实牢靠，不得垫高使用，上端应有固定措施。 . 第 7 页 共 7 页
