Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, explore business opportunities with the existing

2、 clients and bring new clients to the company to achieve maximum sales and profits. Provide international advertising, PR and event services to clients both in China and abroad, helping clients to carry out international marketing campaign and promotion. 负责公司媒体广告、活动及整合营销服务的销售。开发和维护良好的客户关系,发掘现有客户的商业机

3、会,并开发新客户,最大化公司的销售收入及利润。为国内外客户供应国际广告、公关、活动等服务,关心客户开展国际营销及推广活动。 Duties Responsibilities / 工作任务及职责 Explore potential clients by sales calls/emails/pitches/presentations, and proactively approach clients at different levels 通过电话、电子邮件、销售提案、销售演示等方式,开发潜在客户,乐观接触不同岗位级别的客户 Maintain good and strong relations w

4、ith existing clients, secure contract renewal and explore new business opportunities with them 与现有客户及潜在客户保持良好、坚固的关系,确保合同续单,发掘新的业务机会 Understand and identify clients need and requirements, and work with strategy team to produce tailor-made proposals for clients 理解与把握精确把握客户需求,与策略团队一起为客户供量身定制的方案 Monitor

5、 and control the sales procedures from inquiry, proposal writing, negotiation, contract signing, project implementation,post-campaign reporting to payment collection 监控项目销售进展,从询盘、方案撰写、协商谈判、合同签订、项目执行、项目报告始终到跟踪收款 Set up and maintain good and strong relations with international media and business partn

6、ers, and working closely with them to bring high-quality service to clients 与国际媒体及合作伙伴建立并保持良好、坚固的关系,与他们紧密合作,为客户供应高质量的服务 Independently close deals and serve the clients 独立达成销售交易,服务客户 Responsible for sales documents filing and management, create and maintain project folders to file and manage all the

7、sales documents of his/her sales projects 负责销售文件存档即管理,创建并维护项目文件夹,准时存放及管理其所负责项目的销售文件 Skills Knowledge / 学问与技能要求 Good spoken and written English with CET6 or TEM8 preferred 良好的英文听说读写力量,高校英语6级或英语专业8级优先考虑 Basic sales know-how and sales skills, 1-2 years of relevant experiences in media sales, PR, events

8、 or MICE 拥有基本的销售相关学问和销售技巧,1-2年媒体销售、公关、活动或MICE行业阅历 General understanding of media and advertising industry 对媒体及广告行业有大致的了解 Good command of Microsoft Office Applications(Word, Excel PowerPoint etc.) 娴熟把握微软办公软件操作(Word, Excel PowerPoint等) Good communication,interpersonal and presentation skills with a pr
