Act as a consultant for safety, health and environmental issues in manufacturing plants in the site. 2. Monitors regulations, national

2、 local laws, emergency issues. 3. Support to the Manufacturing area in the evaluation of risks. 4. Works to achieve compliance with corp, div and company std and ESHA targets. Essential Function 2: Management and Implementation of strategic projects. 1. Definition of investments projects related to

3、ESHA issues. 2. Organizes, prepares and participates in the site emergency management 3. Evaluation of investments and expenses budgets for ESHA matters. 4. Monitors and reports the follow up of ESH audits and insurance inspections. Essential Function 3: Cooperation with regional and local business

4、units. 1. Report to country SEO with site information. 2. ESHA and Responsible Care training for site personnel. 3. Prepares, collects and provides key figures, risk portfolio corrective actions and status updates. 4. Reviews environmental and safety compliance with law, evaluates their impact on th

5、e companys operations. Essential Function 4: People Management. 1. Administration of ESHA human resources in plant. 2. Support of contractors in the definition of safety requirements. 3. Attendance to visits and requirements for authorities. 4. Investigates accident and incidents cases at the site. Essential Function 5: Continuous organizational development. 1.
