Understand requirements of various estimate accuracies 2. Prepare estimate methodology and cost estimate report

2、 (including Sinopec template) in accordance with job specifications and companys procedures 3. Review estimate methodology and cost estimate report with relevant parties (i.e. project manager, client) 4.Prepare estimate notes and other supporting documentation for review 5.Able to identify areas tha

3、t require improvements to maintain the quality of cost estimate 6.Able to indicate the deliverables / information required for the production of cost estimate 7.Understand the importance of customers to the organization, listen and respond to customer requests efficiently and take pride delivering a

4、 high quality service 8.Able to prepare statistical / historical check and benchmark 9.Maintain cost estimate reports and supporting documents in a tidy manner 10.Understand bidding procedures and able to produce LSTK cost estimate in supporting companys bidding proposal Qualifications: 1.BEng Degre

5、e 2.Minimum 10 years of experience in EC sector especially in chemical and pharmaceutical 3.Minimum 7 years of experience in cost estimating 4.Fluent in English 5.Good interactive / communication skills 6.Having project execution experience (advantage) 7.Registered National Cost Estimating Engineer第 2 页 共 2 页
