3、t accurate customer information and can input into system accurately 任职资格: 1. Minimum one year customer service in a call center environment, or two years of general customer service 2. Must be able to actively listen, ask probing questions, and communicate in clear and understandable terms without relying on scripted responses. 3. Hospital working experience will be preferred 4.
