2、w cost. 识别产品实现过程中的改善机会,筛选出高风险或有潜在增值活动的项目,通过创新的方法优化质量掌握过程及方法,达到低成本高质量的目标。 2.Facilitate the improvement in scientific way, including data collection and analysis, tools of SPC, A3, DMAIC , DOE, MSA etc. 应用科学的方法进行改善,包括数据收集及分析,各类工具(如SPC、A3、DMAIC、DOE, MSA等)的有效应用。 3.Risk management activities in the whole

3、 product life cycle, drive the resource to focus on customer and potential high risk area for continual improvement. 产品全生命周期的风险管理活动,引导资源集中关注客户及高风险领域并持续改善。 4.Change control activities, including project management, risk evaluation and mitigation plan as well as validation activities where appropriate

5、关专业。 l任职阅历: 8 years or above experience exposed in manufacturing environment, quality roles preferred. 8年以上制造业工作阅历, 有质量管理阅历佳。 Solid experience in quality improvement projects. 有大型质量改善项目阅历。 Management experience and skills preferred 肯定的管理阅历佳。 l专业学问/技能: Be proficient in quality tools, including statis

6、tics technique. 精通质量管理工具,包括统计技术。 Good presentation skills, training and coaching skills 良好的培训力量,良好的口头表达力量。 Skills/Knowledge of process validation and software validation. 过程验证及软件验证学问与力量。 l计算机及外语水平: Good command of English for reading, writing, listening and spoken. 良好的英语听说读写力量。 Good command of Offic
