Develop an overview of all orders, projects and resources in the department so that management has a qualified basis to make decisions from. Further develop existing

3、processes and implement new initiatives that optimize Mita-Tekniks production planning. Manage effective planning and arrangement of productions and customer projects. Perform miscellaneous tasks related to production management and planning. Follow-up on order confirmations and supplier deliveries

4、with purchasers. Review and follow up on procurement action lists based on production plans. Submit a daily status report to the leader of operations. Ensure valid the master planning in ERP. Responsibilities: Ensure that all tasks, orders and projects in the workshop are executed so that the custom

5、ers requirements for functionality, quality, time and resources are met. Ensure that production is carried out economically and optimally base on resources. Ensure that Mita-Tekniks production planning is always updated, and that continuous adjustment / rationalization in relation to the companys ob

6、jectives takes place. Ensure cross-functional collaboration that constantly contributes to optimize all the resources. Ensure valid master planning in ERP. Ensure valid procurement master data in ERP. Mandate: Review and update the procurement action lists based on production status / planning. Stop

7、 productions, projects or use of resources not in accordance with approved plans. Continuously change priorities when this is in accordance with approved decisions. Competences: Solid knowledge within SCM. Solid planning skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in English language. Proce

8、ss understanding and insight. Solid skills in ERP system. Self-driven, result-oriented. Success Criteria: Individual: Update production planning every day. Ensure that targets set for the workshop are achieved within agreed frameworks and budgets. Review the production status and report to the leade
