2、gling?并作出正确的回答There are fourteen.。 4. 能够运用所学的语言知识对物品或人物图片的具体数量进行描述。 三、教学重难点 （一）重点 用所学的There are.句型对物品或人物图片的具体数量进行描述 （二）难点 准确地运用There are句型。 四、教学准备 1. 单词卡片 2. 电子白板、电子课本 3. 课文录音、课文动画（可从通平台直接打开使用） 4. 人物头饰 5. PPT课件 五、教学过程 Step 1 Warm-up 1.师生对话。 T: What day is it today? S1: Today is T: What day was it ye

3、sterday? S2：It was T: Did you watch TV yesterday? S3: Yes, I did. T: Did you take a shower yesterday? S4: NO, I didnt. 2. 连锁反应: 要求学生一个接着一个往下问。 S1: How many pupils are there in your class? S2: There are 45. How many children are there in your group? S3: There are 14. How many? 设计思路：通过对话，复习巩固本单元重点句型，训

4、练学生的思维能力和快速反应能力。 Step 2 Preview 开火车读单词游戏。 教师快速呈现上节课的单词卡片，请学生一个个接着往下读。 Step 3 Presentation 1.学习 Listen and chant.。 (1) 教师播放Listen and chant.部分的录音，学生先听一遍， 大致了解歌谣内容。 (2) 教师提问:“What are the numbers doing?”引导学生回答“They are having a party. ”教师出示 happily，eighty，number 的单词卡片，教师可用中文适当解释happily的含义，帮助学生理 解歌谣内容。

5、 (3) 师生一起看歌谣并跟着录音有节奏地吟唱。 2. 学习 Listen and read.。 (1) 教师引出话题：教师提问“How many students are there in your class?”，请一个学生用所学句型回答“There arestudents in our class.”教师板书这组对话，并领读。教师接着说：“Lingling and her friends are talking about how many pupils there are in the class, lets go and see.”。 (1) 教师播放两遍录音，让学生回答问题： Ho

6、w many pupils are there in Linglings class? 设计思路：通过听短文回答问题，培养学生的听的能力和思维能力。 (2) 教师指导学生看书，圈出新单词和数词，并呈现单词卡片： fourteen，forty，many，pupils适当解释以便学生正确理解。教师领 读单词，并着重强调和示范forty和fourteen的发音。 (3) 教师让学生阅读和理解短文内容，两同桌互相解疑答难。 (4) 教师适当讲解课文内容，让全班学生理解。 (5) 听录音模仿两遍。 (6) 教师示范，让学生复述课文内容。 (7) 学生带上人物头饰表演对话，表情、语音、语调尽显到位。 3.

7、 学习 Read and say. 。 (1) 连锁反应。教师通过PPT呈现课文中的表格，引导学生读图。 T: How many pupils are there in Lake School? S1: There are 70 pupils. T: How many pupils are there in Park School? S2: There are 90 pupils. 8、? S4: There are. T: How many? 设计思路：通过对话，复习巩固重点句型。训练学生的思维能力和快速反应能力。 (2) 学生两人一组练习对话。 (3)请几组学生在全班面前展示对话。 Step 4 Consolidation and extension 教师通过PPT呈现表格，学生两人组对话。用上：How manyare there in? There are Class One Class Two 48 pupils 46 pupils 25 boys 23 boys 23 girls 23 girls 48 desks 48 desks 设计思路：通过同桌之间运用重点句

9、型练习对话，进一步复习巩固语音知识，培养学生用英语进行思维的能力。 Step 5 Homework 1. 听读课文内容三遍，家长签字。 2. 数数教室里的物品或人物，写上五句话。 设计思路：通过描述教室里的人物或物品，培养学生的综合运用语言能力。 六、板书设计 Module 5 Unit 2 There are forty. How many pupils are there in your class, Lingling? There are forty. happily/eighty/forty/many/pupil/number 七、回顾总结 twenty, thirty-forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty and ninety. 数字几十后缀同，-ty必须缀后面。数字有同又有异，学生记忆请谨慎。 4
