2、owards my house他们中的一个人死了，另一个却朝我的房子这边跑过来。onethe other表示“(两者中的)一个另一个”。【辨析】other，the other，others，the others 及 another例词含义用法other泛指其他的人、物其后接名词的复数形式the other指两个人或物中的另一个通常用于固定短语onethe other中others泛指另外几个，其余的相当于other可数名词的复数the others其他东西；其余的人们特指某一范围中其他的人或物another其他的；再一个；另一个用于三个或更多的人或物典例3He is smart and I h
