4、要负责商品的退换，但是这种也不常见，所以我在超市里面，基本上是烦躁的。我看着其他的营业员娴熟的介绍产品，把产品卖出去，可是到我就很难，我知道是自己不懂得营业技巧，但是在这试用期内，我也很难去学好，而且我还是个不怎么会说话的，沟通实力不是很好。但是我在超市的工作又是跟其他的营业员是一样的，偷懒的话工资就更加低了。后来我越想我越觉得自己不适合这工作，感觉自己没有可用的地方。因此，我这几天下班之后，有好好的思索一番，最终我确定向您辞职。因为我在这工作中，没有感受到自己的用处，来到超市一个多月，我竟然还没有卖出去一件商品，这让我很懊丧，但是又不能怪谁，终归是自己实力不够，只能认了。我进行工作，也不能帮
