12、望的英语演讲稿3让嬉戏闪亮你的英语课堂嬉戏在英语课堂上的重要性都快比得上水之于鱼了，很难想象一堂课上，假如没有了嬉戏，该怎么接着。不论高年级还是低年级，在嬉戏中学习都是一种非常有效的学习方式。低年级学生好动又好胜，嬉戏能让他们在动身体的同时动脑，并且享受胜利的喜悦。高年级的课堂相对而言比较乏味，适时的嬉戏会是绝佳的作料。好的嬉戏能让一堂沉闷的英语课活跃起来，是学生学习的兴奋的药剂。一、嬉戏的支配应讲究一个“适”字，适时、适式、适度。（一）适时组织嬉戏看准时机，针对学生的实际支配合适的嬉戏形式。1.让学生从思想上尽快进入英语课堂，嬉戏导入是个相当快捷、有效的方法。我们可以支配listen and

14、闪过“无聊”、“困惑”的痕迹时，嬉戏可解“燃眉之急”。高年级的学生面临背单词、记单词的难题。假如不讲究方法地死记硬背，不但效果不好，学生的爱好也会渐渐降低。在这个阶段，假如能帮助他们驾驭正确的方法，促使他们主动背单词，就会对他们以后的英语学习有很大的帮助。单词接龙、吊死鬼、找寻共同点等嬉戏，不仅让学生始终处于主动思索的状态，而且能提高他们课后记单词的爱好。（二）适式组织嬉戏有些嬉戏的可用性很强，如copy不走样等嬉戏，无论什么内容，都能套用。但有些嬉戏，却不是什么内容都合适的。老师要学会运用最恰当的嬉戏，如flash and guess这样的嬉戏仅适合单词教学，而不适合巩固句型。不同年龄阶段的

15、学生，对嬉戏的口味也不同，我们要学会投其所好。低年级的学生喜爱趣味性强的，如copy不走样，high voice and low voice能引起他们参加的欲望。而高年级的学生则喜爱探究型的嬉戏，比如bingo、加减运算对抗赛就很受他们的欢迎。（三）适度组织嬉戏在教学中，我们不能只为让学生放松、玩乐而支配嬉戏，归根结底，嬉戏是为教学服务的。在嬉戏活动之前，我们必需指定相应的规则，没有规则，嬉戏过程就会很“乱”，有规则才能“活而有序”。当学生的“玩性”到五、六成的时候，我们的嬉戏就该结束了。因为假如嬉戏结束太早，学生才刚进入嬉戏状态，熟识嬉戏规则，就结束嬉戏，一来扫兴，二来嬉戏的“运用语言”的目

16、的也没达到。假如嬉戏结束得太晚，学生就会越来越无聊，下次再玩这类嬉戏就没有了热忱。二、嬉戏的组织，还要讲究一个“变”字以不变应万变。（一）巧设陷阱同一个嬉戏“发口令，做动作”，一般都是老师怎么发，学生怎么做，最多让一个学生发，其他学生做，间或做做反口令，分组进行竞赛。做多了，学生的新奇心没有了，嬉戏就变成了机械操练。假如设几个陷阱，就会有“眼睛一眨，老母鸡变鸭”的效果。趣味性的调整就是老师在做动作的时候，可以先渐渐地似乎在做“坐下”的动作，眼神肯定要是那种坏坏的，然后突然变成“起立”，让学生产生和老师斗下去的欲望。师生成了“敌人”，而嬉戏就成了“斗争”。把动作和语言结合起来，边做动作边说，动作

17、和口令有时一样，有时不一样。在训练学生对所学学问驾驭的同时，还训练了学生的反应实力。（二）变换速度随着学生对学问的驾驭渐渐加深，训练的速度可以渐渐加快，这不但适合学习的规律，还使原本枯燥的操练重新显诞生气，学生渐渐淡化的新颖感又被激起。（三）嘉奖机制的运用在教化中，我们能体会到表扬和激励对学生起的作用比指责更大。在老师的激励下，学生的探究精神更易发挥，更简单学会原本以为很难学的东西。我经常采纳口头表扬，认为给学生物质嘉奖会使他们变得功利，但在同事们的感染下，间或尝试嘉奖，也取得了很好的激励效果。我用小五星激励学生，经常搞得自己整个黄昏剪五角星，有时，一节课奖多了，自己还有点心疼，最重要的是用多
