4、 摘要 教师专业能力是教师胜任职业的核心素养。 2012 年 2 月教育部出台中学教 师专业标准,该标准的 专业能力 维度基本囊括了教师胜任职业的关键内容。 然而对于这套标准的实际运用相对较少,大多停留在政策解读。有鉴于此,本研 宄以该标准的 专业能力 部分编制问卷,以重庆市某区的中学教师作为调查对 象,考察他们的专业能力发展现状和不同教师群体的差异,并针对问题提出对策 和建议。 从该区教师调查分析来看 : 中学教师专业能力发展的总体情况呈正态分布, 其均值为 3.74,大于量表理论平均值 3,其中 教学实施 维度得分最高, 反思 与发展 得分最低。 26 项指标中, 17 项达到总体平均数,
5、剩余 9 项未达到,但 都高于理论平均值。得分最高为 有效调控教学过程,合理处理课堂偶发事件 , 得分最低为 制定专业发展规划,积极参加专业培训,不断提高自身专业素质 。 不同等级学校、不同学段、不同教龄、不同学历、不同区域、不同学科的中学 教师只在 反思与发展 维度上存在显著差异,在 教学设计 、 教学实施 、 班级管理与教育活动 、 教育教学评价 、 沟通与合作 等 5 大维度上没 有显著差异;各个维度均不存在性别差异。 本研宄发现:中学教师的专业能力 能够符合标准要求,发展较均衡;专业能 力随教龄的增长而增强,适应阶段到成长阶段为增长的高峰段。存在下列问题: 教学目标的把握能力弱; 现代
6、教育技术应用能力弱; 专门的德育活动开展 较少; 学生评价方式较单一; ( 5)与家长、同事、社区的沟通少; ( 6)反思与发展 能力较低。 针对发现的问题,本文提出以下对策建议:一是教育行政部门开展分层教师 培训,重视 反思与发展 能力的培训,关注农村教师和农村地区;二是培养院 校加强对师范生教学目标把握能力、德育方法、反思与发展能力的培养;三是中 学校创造教师沟通渠道,争取 良好的教育技术平台,倡导发展性评价,主动与高 校建立联系;四是教师树立反思与发展意识、制定专业发展规划、抓住发展的关 键时段。 关键词: 教师专业标准,中学教师,专业能力发展 I 重庆师范大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 T

Therefore, this research will be compiled questionnaires as part of professional ability, to investigate in cho
9、ngqing district middle school teachers professional ability development present situation and the differences of different teacher groups .This article will put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem of the study found. The results of the survey are as follows : (l)The who
10、le situation of middle school teachers* professional ability development of normally distributed. Their average score of 3.74, is greater than the average 3 scale theory .They scored the highest in teaching part, in reflection and development scored lowest(2)Their score in 26 indicators, there are 1
11、7 average out, the remaining 9 did not meet. But their actual average score were higher than theory. Their highest score is effective regulation of the teaching process, reasonable processing happenstance class, They scored lowest is to develop professional development plan, to actively take part in
12、 professional training, constantly improve their professional quality. (3)Different groups of teachers only significant differences in the reflection and development section, there is no difference in other parts. This study found that secondary school teachers professional ability to conform to the
13、 requirements of the standard, more balanced development; Professional ability increases with the increase of teaching age increase, to adapt to the stage to the peak period of growth stage of growth. The following problems: (1) grasp of the teaching goal is weak;(2)the modern education technology a
