Corporate culture refers to the sum of operating guidelines, management style, entrepreneurial spirit, ethics and the development forming g

15、storical culture city and one of Three economy centers of zhejiang.It is the center of economy ,culture commutation center ,lying the middle part of golden coastal line.I think through the introduction of wenzhou ,you had got known a bit to the city.2.2 development of wenzhoucorporatesWe know in the

16、 wenzhous classical model ,most enterprise carries on the family system which conforms the early wenzhous classical economy features,small scale and brief management ,so the trade cost is low if carrying out the family enterprise.Now we know the wenzhous economy is flourish .Of course ,in the early

According to the transaction cost economics ,the enterprise complex organization belongs to middle organization between the enterprise and market.The enterprise is

20、not pure enterprise ,and the market is not the pure market,that they exists in each other.the enterprise group ,complex organization ,virtual enterprise organization and the business group are the realization ways of middle organizations, existing in the market and the enterprise ,more stable than m

21、arket,more flexible than layer order organization so they shares some similar features.in recent years,the development of wenzhou virtual organization and business group changes the property right of family system and management structure.Virtual organizations development promotes the process to ope

22、n property right of the family enterprise ,In some degree,virtual managements arrival is a better connection of family management and modern enterprise system.virtual management is a evolution outside of system,but the informed integration brings new capital operation.In wenzhou ,in the recent time

With the building of modern enterprise system,in order to conform

From this point ,wenzhouZhengtai Group and Delixi Group can be called modes . Now let us know their developments.In 1999years,the Dlixi Group take part in SOE

27、reform,and consolidated the Hangzhou Delixi Group with 1200staff and through half one years development ,the condition turns over.Wenzhou Delixi achieved a coordinated development of private and state-owned enterprises.Delixi conducted continuous innovation in property right system evolution ,manage

28、ment system innovation and the change of business method .From the example,we can get the development of wenzhous private enterprises development.Besides,in order to make you know it clearly,we can take another enterprise as a example.Now take Wenzhou Zhengtai Group for an example.In the early stage

29、 of development,Zhengtai Group emerged many enterprises by getting help from Zhengtais brand and the form of stock cooperative system according to the proportion of holding stock .In order to solve the problems of decentralized independent legal management,Zhengtai Group conducted stock evolution on

30、 the branch companies and hundreds of member companies and finally created a conglomerate with multi-layer structure .Zhengtai Group were founded in 1994,the total capital had added up to 50million .In the meanwhile,50enterprises were estalished as two joint-stock companies and three limited liabili

In addition,it also canceled enterprise members legal personality,and the boss became the shareholders.And the Zhengtai Group had formed diversified industrial structure of low-pressure electrical machines,power translation equipment,instrumentation communication on appliances,automoti

Wenzhou private enterprise became mature gradually from small size and shortage of management concept.In addition,the private enterprise of wenzhou conducted the po

33、licy of company holding stock ,employee stock ownership and social persons taking part in holding stock to make make the joint-stock companies social, make the knowledge capital and make the capital intellectual .The development path has a demonstration effect on the wenhzhous private enterprise.2.3

43、rprises in wenzhou includes individual enterprise ,joint-stock cooperative enmterprise ,limited liability natural- based investment company takes up higher than 80%,basically forming the flexible mechanisms of "advantaged corporates survives and the disadvantaged corporates die,the operator can

44、 be promoted or demoted,personnel can be out and in,income can be increased or reduced and the the technology can be continuous innovation."And the private economy has played an increasingly important role in the city.Secondly,wenzhous regional economy is the kind economy of making the market m

45、echanisems as the operation base.Over the years,wenzhous economy persists in the market-oriented reform and forms the integrity of the market system,market development ,market scale mass and permeability of the market mechanism during the development process.In particular ,there comes "new chan

46、ges happens in the development and new developments happen in the changes".lots of new development trends emerges .Meanwhile,many turns happen,-from relying in the professional market to promote to make use full use of both professional market and company selling directly by establishing sales network;from relying on the local market to make full use of both local markets and other markets;from relying on the physical to make full use of the
