People are attaching more and more importance to Teachers-Students Relati

In building a harmonious society, education is bound to pursue the harmony between education and society, education and nature, and teachers and students.The harmony between teachers and students plays a very important role in English teaching and learning for harmonious TSR
6、can eliminate the psychological barrier, mobilize the enthusiasm of students learning English, optimize English environment on the campus, promote teachers and students healthy development and establish a harmonious affection relationship, which is able to effectively further students to higher leve

Now, with the development of teaching management, teaching methods and teaching concept, people are paying more attention to Teac

It is the trend of quality-oriented environment between teachers and students, which will have positive effects on the study of English for many students. Teachers should try their best to help students get rid of psychological barriers and build comfortab
11、le and stress-free atmosphere to help students explore their potentials. Effective interaction between teaching and learning, tacit coordination and happy cooperation between teachers and students can bring about good teaching results. Human feelings are a kind of psychological phenomenon, which acc
12、ompanies the process of cognition. It is a significant factor that cannot be omitted in the process of English teaching and learning.A. Traditional viewpoint about TSR in ChinaTraditional English teaching is based on book knowledge, in which students are compelled to perform in obedience to their te
13、achers during the classes. Teachers are the center in traditional English classrooms which has many shortcomings. It is believed that teachers are the initiators, the leaders and the key persons in the students heart. For a long time, students were tied to the traditional ideology that once your tea
14、cher teaches you, he or she will be your teacher forever. Under this ideology teachers were strict with students and students had to show complete obedience to teachers. Worshiping teachers is originally undisputable, but often causes teachers to be in the upper position and students to be in the lo
15、wer position. There is a lack of equal communication between teachers and students. During the process of teaching, it emphasizes the teachers role rather than that of students, language instruction rather than non-intelligence factors of students. As a result, teaching activities became the stage f
16、or teachers to perform according to their will, while students played the minor or passive role.B. Problems of the current TSR1. Ethical relation1.1 Infringing upon students rightsStudents are independent persons who have their own rights. But, teachers often infringe, though unintentionally, upon t
17、heir rights and freedom of accepting education during the teaching process. For instance, the whole class is asked to stay in the classroom by a teacher after school, for one student throws a piece of paper to the teacher who is writing on the blackboard; some students who unmindfully talk in the cl
18、ass are forced to go to the guidance room to accept criticism from the school leaders; some students who doze off are forced to stand in the last row to attend a class. At present, these phenomena are not unusual, but everyday occur. 1.2 Doing what is supposed to be done by studentsTeachers always p
19、repare everything for students, which are usually regarded as good teachers quality, but in fact they deprive of students independence of their chances to fulfill their own duty. For example, teachers write down whatever they think important and useful on the blackboard while students passively copy
20、 and can not show their own subjective initiation fully during their learning; teachers arranges everything, such as the arrangement of classroom, the blackboard newspaper in school and so on, and students only play a minor role.2. Emotional relationNowadays, teachers and students hardly communicate
21、 with each other after class. Except the prominent or the particularly naughty students, teachers even dont know the names of students. They are indifferent to each other, let alone caring about or trusting one another. Students are not able to get prompt help from teachers when they have difficulty
22、 in their learning or daily life. Some frictions between classmates are not reported promptly to teachers and finally even result in group fighting. When teachers and students come across each other on the road, they may avoid greeting each other on purpose if possible. When students have complaints
23、 about the teachers, lack of communication between teachers and students strengthens the contradictory and deepens their misunderstandings. What is worse, sometimes teachers and students have direct language and behavior attack for they have different ideas, different emotions and different psycholo
