4、 under my friends recommendation, I have watched several British series. They have imprinted in my mind. So I made a summary on the characteristics of the British series. 1.1 The Types of the British seriesThe British series can be classified into seven types, such as news, talk show, soap opera, si

5、tuation comedy, mini series and reality TV. The famous British reality TVs are Im celebrity ,Get me out of here and Big brother. 1.2 The Aspects of the British seriesThe British series are always humorous, and they have more culture connotation than American series. The film in the British series is

6、 British English, so its good for our English major students. 1.3 The Influence of the British seriesThey let our foreigners know more about Britain, the connotation in the British series make us think that Britain is a cultured country, so we become more respect British. Its really a good influence
