His video Gangnam Style received over one billion views.The group is extremely popular in Asia. However, the reaction to their win from the American audience was very quiet.

26、While Girls Generation may be unknown to most Americans, the pop group is very popular in Korea. The groups record releases are a national event, with every news company running stories about them. The group is like an Asian version of the Spice Girls, with pop sounds, costumes, and dancing. The members sing and also rap.The I Got a Boy video shows the nine members in a pink house. It then moves to the girls dancing in front of different places. They sing in English a little, but mostly in Korean.
