1、中学英语教师的专业素质内容摘要 在英语学习中，英语教师对教学活动有着极为重要的影响。英语教师的知识水平、教学态度、和教学方法，会直接影响学生的学习行为和学习效果的反馈。因而，我们不得不重视英语教师的基本素质，它直接决定了教学的成败。我们可以将英语教师的基本素质概括为良好的思想道德素质、较强的业务素质、合理的教学方法以及健康的心理和良好的身体素质。 本论文主要研究方法是文献资料法。根据先前国内外的教育家就英语教师所做的研究，本论文将主要阐述英语教师应具备的专业素质以及培养和提高英语教师基本素质的方法。本论文将使我们更加全面、直接的了解英语教师的基本素质，不仅从她的定义、内容，而且集中讨论了培养和

2、提高英语教师专业素质的方法。从而帮助我们英语专业的应届毕业生在短时间内成为一名优秀的英语教师，此外，还可以帮助在职英语教师完善自身的理论知识和反思自己的教学行为，从而成为精英教师。这也就是本文写作的目的所在。关键词：英语教师；专业素质；中学The Professional Qualities of English teachers in Middle SchoolAbstract English teachers play a significant role in the English learning. 4、rs for a good ideological and moral quality, strong professional quality, reasonable teaching method and a healthy body and healthy psychology. The main research approach of the study is document research. According to the previous researches and studies on English teachers, this papers aims at expo

5、unding the professional qualities of English teachers and finding out the method to develop and improve the professional qualities. The paper may provide direct insight into understanding the professional qualities of English teachers, not only does it makes an introduction of the definition and con

6、tent, but also focuses on the method of cultivating and improving the professional qualities of English teachers. This paper can help graduates majoring in English become a good English teachers in a short time, in addition, it also can help in-service English teachers rich their theoretical knowled

7、ge and reflect on their own teaching activities, so as to become elite teachers. This is also the purpose of the paper. With the development of education, more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the professional quali

10、ty of Teachers. At abroad, Dr. David, Michael J and Jack C, Richards make plenty of study that language teachers how to improve their professional qualities in classroom practice1. At home, many scholars start to be concerned on the professional qualities of English teachers, including Liu Daoyi, Wu

11、 Yian and Jing Yule and so on2. We can see we have so many researches about the qualities of the teachers, but we have few researches about the professional qualities of English teachers in Middle School. And this article will focus on the methods of training and enhancing the professional qualities

12、 of English teachers. Therefore, this study will help us become a good English teacher easily in a short time. For the professional English teachers, this study will help them know clearly what their advantages are and what they can do better.6 Conclusion This paper mainly discusses the professional

13、 qualities of English teachers in middle school and the method of cultivating and improving the professional qualities of English teachers. According to the previous researchers achievements and what I have collected and analyzed, this article reveals some valuable findings, and they really deserve

14、consideration. The professional qualities of English teachers include a good ideological and moral quality, strong professional quality, reasonable teaching method and a healthy body and healthy psychology. If we want to be a wonderful English teacher, we should deem whether we have these qualities.

The final purpose of this dissertation is helping English majors and English teachers become elite teachers in short time. Everything has its limitation, so this article make

This paper talks about the cultivation and improvement of English teachers professional qualities only from English teachers themselves and the schools, and it doesnt involve our countrys educational system and educational institutions.
