1、1 引言机械制造工业是国民经济中一个十分重要的产业,它为国民经济各部门科学研究、国防建设和人民生活提供各种技术装备,在社会主义建设事业中起着中流砥柱的作用。从农业机械到工业机械,从轻工业机械到重工业机械,从航空航天设备到机车车辆、汽车、船舶等设备,从机械产品到电子电器、仪表产品等,都必须有机械及其制造。阀也是有些设备中所不可缺少的,我们应该了解阀的机械制造工艺过程才能把产品制造出来。阀广泛运用于机械行业中,在设计阀机械加工工艺过程时要合理选择加工刀具,进给量,切削速度、功率,扭矩提高加工精度,来提高阀加工精度,保证加工质量。传统的制造技术发展到了一个崭新的阶段。传统制造不断吸取机械、电子、信息
2、、能源及现代管理等技术成果,并将其综合应用于产品整个生命周期,称为“市场-设计-制造-市场”的大的生产制造系统。在生产制造系统中,各个专业学科间不断交叉、融合,其界限逐渐淡化甚至消失。用人单位根据市场要求需要高技能的数控编程技术人员,要成为一名合格的机械加工技术人员必须掌握机械制造工艺,能够指定出合格的工艺规程和合格的数控程序,如何制定合理的加工路线和加工的参数直接影响着零件的加工质量和效率及成本。本次设计就在于通过毕业设计培养我们能够根据机械设备和零件的要求编制合理的加工工艺为以后从事机械加工的技术工作打下坚实的基础。本次课题是阀块-控制(MD25-CZ18381-3-0)生产过程分析,通过
3、对它的合理分析从而制定合理的工艺方案,正确的装夹方式,合理的加工顺序及走刀路线,正确的刀具以及加工所用的设备。并且对其优点,存在的问题及市场前景做出准确的判断。通过这次实践我可以对阀的工艺流程有更加深刻的了解,对合理选择主轴转速,切屑速度,被吃刀量等参数有更加理性的认识,对工装的合理利用有了更广泛的了解。在加工零件的时候每一次对刀,试切都是对自身能力的检验。相信在自己的不断努力下,我一定能够很好的完成这次毕业设计。使自己理论知识与实践知识达到真正的统一。 2零件介绍及零件图阀块控制(MD25-CZ18381-3-0)是博士力士乐(常州)有限公司发给我们公司进行加工的。它主要用于控制油路方面,它
4、要求外形尺寸200*200*230,材质为45号钢,重量为64.6kg,阀接触面和法兰接触面表面粗糙度为0.8um,平面度0.01/100mm,阀块表面镀钼,镀层10um,分析其图纸它需要做6个面。其图纸如下:3. 工艺分析3.1 零件图工艺分析 MD-25-CZ18381-3-0系列产品从图纸上看需加工六个面,其图不是我们平常所看到的三视图,而是展开图。要想很好的加工出这块零件我们就的对图纸进行深刻的分析,了解其设计思路,对其尺寸公差,形位公差,技术要求有充分的了解。首先我们分析left面:如图所示left面主要加工的是螺纹(M27*2,M14*1.5,M33*2,M22*1.5)和直径为1
