43、，降低费用，减少系统的故障，我们自行研究设计了一种采用单台微机进行控制的全自动标签粘帖机，并将它实际应用于华飞彩色显示系统有限公司29英寸彩色显像管生产线的屏网组装工序，取得了良好的效果。二 系统工作原理在彩色显像管的生产过程中，屏网组装线这道工序，除了应将玻璃屏和金属荫罩(简称网)按一定的工艺要求在地面传送带上进行配对外，还应将荫罩上事先已有的金属条形码按同样号码复制出相应的陶瓷标签，再通过一定的吸取和粘贴装置，自动将其贴在玻璃屏的外表面。完成这一功能的装置便是标签粘贴机(以下简称贴标机)，该贴标机的工作流程主要是：a)在屏网组装线的第18工位，条形码阅读器读取荫罩上的金属条形码和对应的托盘

44、条形码。b)根据检验结果，托盘(含玻璃屏)停止在第2l工位，并通知贴标机打印陶瓷标签。c)贴标机收到屏网组装线的请求打印信号后，再次阅读停留在第21工位的托盘条形码，并根据此托盘号码判断相应的荫罩号码。d)条形码打印机打印出与此荫罩对应的陶瓷标签，并通过特定的剥离装置将该标签悬挂在指定的位置，供真空吸头取走。e)粘贴装置通过线性气缸的伸缩和旋转气缸的旋转等动作，将陶瓷标签粘贴在玻璃屏的外表面。f)条形码阅读器检查所贴陶瓷标签的可读性，若不可读，则通过声光报警器给出警告。g)若能正确阅读，则通知屏网组装线释放该托盘，进行下一个循环。2.1 机械部分主要由一套气动装置组成，该气动装置按4Pa一6

48、调整3.1 初始化初始化工作包括对四串口卡(连接条形码扫描仪以及条形码打印机)、数字量L/O卡(连接各种输人/输出信号)以及系统变量的初始化设置。其中：对条形码扫描仪的初始化主要是设置一定的串行通信参数，例如端口号、波特率、数据位和奇偶校验等；对条形码打印机的初始化除了设置必要的串行通信参数外，还要设置打印机的走纸方式以及对打印机进行状态检查，判断其是否已加电或处于缺纸、缺色带等状态。为了使打印出的每张条形码标签能走出打印头行至某一特定的位置被吸头取到而又不浪费标签，我们对打印机设置了一种特殊的走纸方式，即每次打印标签后向前多送一张标签(fo一feed)，下次打印标签前再后退一定的距离(bac
