24、素的基础上，主要介绍冲裁件的工艺性分析、确定冲裁工艺方案、选择模具的结构形式、进行必要的工艺计算、选择与确定模具的主要零部件的结构与尺寸、校核模具闭合高度及压力机有关参数、绘制模具总装图及零件图都是这次设计的主要内容。在这次设计中根据所给题目的要求，我首先对冲压件进行了分析，分析该零件的尺寸精度得出用一般精度的模具即可满足零件精度的要求，再从零件的形状、尺寸标注及生产批量等情况看，选择了冲孔落料的方案。根据对零件的综合分析，在本人这次设计中我设计的模具是正装冲孔落料模，主要介绍的是模具的冲孔落料，冲压生产中应用最广泛的工序之一。由于材料和厚度的原因，我采用的加工方法为：采用复合工序冲孔落料模进

26、具来满足国内要求，然而进口的模具虽然能长时间的使用，还能向精密复杂的方向进步的模具需要人们自主研发来满足市场的需求。模具的种类。大小精度,种类生产难度等要求对整个工业的影响是不可估量的，它可以直接影响整个工业的生产进度和需求。因此，有一些重要的模具需要重点培养发展，一般的模具发展也应该有更快的发展必须比重要件的发展更快来能提高模具的发展速度，来提高模具的质量跟精度达到更标准的地步。可以缩短他的生产周期。 我国的模具在市场上有着足够的优势。不敢是在质量上，还是价值上都比其他国家的模具有优势，对于这个优势我国应该多对于模具的出口这方面应该作为重点来发展，所出口的模具应该有自己的特色跟独到之处，选取

27、精度较高技术要求高的模具应该重点发展应用于出口，这对于我哥工业的进步将会是有着重大的作用，然而我国的模具对于先进的发达国家来说我国的模具制造技术是比较落后的，应该从技术装备生产条件的方面加以研究。然而我国的模具的发展要落后很多这与我国制造业的发展有很大的关系，可见，我国模具工业的发展还有很长的路要走。 模具市场零件它的质量要求，寿命期都是影响产品的因素，可减少消耗，使产品在市场中的主要要求，模具的各种性能，取决于模具制造时所选取的材料和哪种热处理方式，及各种影响模具性能的因素利用模具生产制品零件，其模具质量的好坏，寿命的长短，直接关系到产品制造精度。把它们降到最低才能使模具的适用性更好。冷冲模
