5、断扩大,产成品结构越来越复杂,且市场竞争对仓库流动性管理的要求也日益提高,因此,仓库智能化管理的研究具有很高的价值。而一个结合了射频识别技术的智能仓储管理系统可以很好的解决上述仓库管理问题。RFID技术的加入免除了仓储管理过程中的人工干预,而且在大量节省劳动力的同时还大大提高了工作效率。这种智能化的管理系统可以大大的简化库存管理,满足信息数据流量不断增大,处理速度不断提高的需求。论文所设计的智能仓库管理系统由业务管理软件、射频数据识别采集系统和RFID电子标签组成,这几个部分相互联系,共同完成智能仓储管理的各个流程。其中射频识别系统的研究和设计是本论文的重点部分。主要包括射频阅读器设计和智能仓
6、储管理系统软件设计两大模块。论文中从软件和硬件两个方面对阅读器装置的结构和功能分别进行设计。阅读器硬件部分包括各电子电路和芯片的选取和设计;软件方面主要给出软件设计的流程图。计算机智能仓储管理系统软件设计部分主要是计算机前台用户操作界面的设计和数据库的设计。此仓库管理系统是采用组件式开发的三层架构系统。在充分理解库存管理的业务需求的基础上,结合射频识别技术,对传统业务管理流程进行了改造和重新设计。并给出了改造后的系统管理流程图。将仓库管理系统与RFID技术相结合,不仅能够高效地完成各种管理操作,还能提升仓储效率及价值。本论文从射频识别技术的基本概念、特点、基本原理和应用着手,分析了基于RFID
7、技术的智能仓储管理系统典型框架结构、主要功能模块及特点。与传统仓储管理系统中的识别方法相比,RFID技术具有无需物理接触、无需人工干预及无需光学可视即可实现信号输入和处理、操作方便快捷等其他技术所无法比拟的优势。实验证明了本系统设计方案的实用性和可靠性。关键词:智能,仓储管理,射频识别 ,电子标签XXXXXXXXX大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACTABSTRACTThe traditional warehouse management system use the manual documents to record, this way is not only time-consuming a
8、nd laborious, but also easy to cause the human loss, and high labor costs. With the expansion of enterprise scale, the product structure become more and more complex, and the market competition requires more flow ability in warehouse management, therefore, research on intelligent warehouse managemen
9、t has very high value. An intelligent warehouse management system combined with radio frequency identification technology can be a very good solution to the problem of warehouse management. RFID Technology not only reduced manual intervention in the process of warehouse management, but also saved a
10、lot of labor and greatly improved the work efficiency. The intelligent management system cans simplify inventory management greatly, meeting the needs of the increasing data traffic and continuously improving processing speed.Intelligent warehouse management system designed in this paper composed of
11、 business management software, radio frequency identification data acquisition system and the RFID electronic label; these parts are connected with each other, to complete the process of intelligent warehouse management. The research and design of RFID system is the key part of this paper. It mainly
12、 includes the design of two modules of RF reader design and intelligent storage management system software. In this paper the structure and function of the reader device from the two aspects of software and hardware are designed. Hardware part includes the selection and design of the electronic circ
13、uit and chip; the software part mainly gives the flow chart of software design. Design of intelligent warehouse management system software mainly includes the design of computer user interface and database. This warehouse management system use three layer architecture use component development metho
14、d. Reform and redesigned the traditional business management processes, and showed the system management flow chart after the reform. The warehouse management system combined with RFID technology can not only complete the various management operations efficiently, but also can improve storage effici
15、ency and value.This paper mainly introduced the basic principle、basic concepts、characteristics and the application of radio frequency identification technology, discussed the typical frame structure, main function modules and characteristics of intelligent warehouse management system which based on
16、RFID technology. Compared with the traditional identification methods in warehouse management system, RFID technology has incomparable advantages over other techniques such as: dont need physical contact、dont need manual intervention、can realize the signal input and processing without the need of vi
17、sual optics、convenient operation and so on.
