8、 All guestrooms must have an enclosed clothes hanging space with a minimum of 30 (760mm) in total width and 2-0 (600mm) in total inside depth and must accommodate a portable suitcase rack, a hanging rack for an iron and ironing board and a safe. Coat hangers (5) mens & (5) womens walnut with natural

9、 wood finish must be provided. The use of THEFT PROOF hanger is not permitted. Executive floors and suites (2) satin padded hangers recommended, and (2) extra hangers for robes are required. (1.6m) and a continuous hardwood shelf 1-6 deep (0.4m) installed at 5-10 A.F.F. (1.7m) in closets.

11、Install 1 x 4 (2.5cm x 10cm) wood shelf cleats on the three interior closet walls to provide adequate support for the closet shelf. A premanufactured bracket with chrome rod shelf is recommended. 13、. Doors must be solid core (wood veneer suitable for stain or painting), laminate or better. Decorative panel doors are recommended. Locate 4-0 (A.F.F.) (1.2m) above finished floor.

Sliding glass doors to balconies or patios must have a safety instruction decal affixed between 48 60 aff (1.2m 1.5m) centered on the inside pane of glass advising guests to utilize locking devices and

34、 not to leave children unattended on balconies. 35、面标高610 毫米910 毫米处额外提供标识。11a-2.16 Guestroom windows must minimally comply with ASTM E330, with a maximum air infiltration rate of .06 cubic feet per minute, with ASTM E331, which requires no leakage at 6.5 psf differential, a 35 STC rating, a value of .63 and with an allowable wind load of 105pds per

36、sq ft. or ISO equivalent for hotel / projects outside the United States. Each guestroom must have a minimum window area equal to 10% of room area. Guestroom windows are recommended to have a guest-operable panel for outside air. The guest-operable panel is to be restricted to 4 (10cm) clear opening,

37、 local codes permitting. Spray-applied acrylic wall texture equal to PermaTone, Plexture or Permitex will be considered and is recommended in specific tropical locations and climates

44、with high humidity. Vinyl wall covering shall not be used on exterior walls in climates with high humidity.
