2、to “F10” keys at the top of the keyboard can access function keys. Furthermore pressing the “SHIFT” key and “F1” to “F10”, or pressing the “CTRL” key and “F1” to “F10” can access the function keys. SHIFT F2: Control panel: this key display an overview of the hotels occupancy level, available rooms, forthcoming events, arrival & departure rooms and total hotel gues

4、t.Shift F2: 控制面板：该界面展示酒店的预订概况，可用的房间，近日的会议，预抵，预离房间及在店客人。3. CTRL F2: detail availability: this display the availability of room type for a specific date, this screen is used when making a reservation to check the hotel availability. Ctrl F2: 可用房详情： 该界面展示酒店各种房型的可用情况，通常在做新的预订前通过该健查询可买房。4. F3: Available

5、Room Search: this allows you to search for vacant rooms for a specific date range, room type, room status (IS, CL, DI) and attributes. F3: 可用房间查询: 该界面展示所有可用的房间号码。 5. Shift F3: House status: this displays the hotels most undated status. Shift F3: 住房情况： 该界面显示酒店最更新的预订详情。6. CTRL F3: Room Plan: This disp

6、lays the room that are blocked for a guest at a specific date. 该界面显示每个房间的当前的预订情况。7. F4: Detail Calendar: With page up and page down you can scroll through each month. F4:日程详情: 展示销售部及客户的信息。8. CTRL F4: Dashboard: Display all related detail with one reservation.Ctrl F4: 仪表面板：显示单个预订的所有相关信息。9. F5; Rate i

7、nformation: This key provides you with all necessary information about rates, rate code and package. F5: 价格信息：该键可查询所有跟价格有关的信息，比如：Rate Code, Package等10. SHIFT F5: Floor Plan: This key displays the hotel floor plans. This screen allows you to see the room number, room type & Location and the housekeep

8、ing status. Shift F5: 楼层平面图：该键可查看每个房间的位置，房型以及房间状态。11. CTRL F5: Rooms Control: This key displays the hotel reservation block status for all the client.CTRL F5: 房间预订控制：该键显示所有合作公司，旅行社的预订情况。12. F7: Profile Search: Allow you to search all the departed and arrival guests profile F7: 信息查询：该键可以查询所有客人的相关资料。1

9、3. SHIFT F7: Telephone book: This will display telephone number that have been entered manually by DTS. These telephone number regards restaurants, hotels, attractions, internal telephone list, internal staff number, country code, social infrastructure etc. in and around Sanya . SHIFT F7: 电话簿：该键所显示的

Select “L” insert a new locator.CTRL F7:Operator: 该界面可快速定位住店客人的位置，点击Locator可输入新的位置。15. F8: Change User: In practice each receptionist has own user ID. As soo

11、n as the receptionist leaves the work station, they are supposed to use this function key. F8：切换用户：每位大使有自己的用户名及密码，每当前台员工离开工作电脑，需按F8键进入切换用户界面16. SHIFT F8: interfaces: The only option used in the function interfaces is the “make key”. With this option a new guest room key can be made. SHIFT F8: 接口：通过该

12、键可以为新入住的客人制作房卡。17. CTRL F8: Maximum Availability: This displays the room availability for each select day.CTRL F8: 最大可买房：该键显示所选日期当天所有房型的可买情况。18.
