2、标 准 : Doorperson will at all times meet all incoming guests with an appropriate greeting and provide assistance upon arrival and entry into the hotel in a friendly, enthusiast and courteous manner.Make an attempt to address him by his name.门 僮 要 随 时 迎 候 到 饭 店 的 客 人, 用 恰 当 的 问 候 欢 迎 客 人, 为 客 人 提 供 帮
3、助, 态 度 要 友 好、 热 情。尽量用姓来称呼客人。PROCEDURE:程 序 : ARRIVAL1. Doorperson stands for the hotel to welcome the guests.2. Remain clean and alert, especially during heavy hotel activity and busy traffic flow.3. Doorperson approach the car/taxi immediately.4. Open the car/taxi door within 3 seconds when car is s
4、tationary.5. Vehicles should be directed to a safe parking area.6. Bow your head and welcome guest warmly. Remembering to always use direct eye contact with smiling. Good morning/afternoon/evening welcome to hotel.(If the guest has stayed before, say Welcome back, it is nice to see you again, Mr.)7.
5、 Ask the guest if he/she has any luggage Excuse me, sir/madam, do you have any luggage?8. If possible escort the guest into the hotel and direct the guest towards reception or any other area with hand gesture.9. Try to use guest name from luggage tag and use it.10.
