3、e 目标: Access to the Front Office Opera Computer System is controlled by the use of Opera and confidential codes. 利用私人账号进行前厅电脑系统操作Procedures 程序: 1. The Opera Code allows access to the functions of the Front Office Opera Computer System.系统号是用来对前厅电脑系统各功能的操作。2. New employee will be issued an Opera Code

4、by IT Department. The Opera Code comprises of the staff members initials, Name and a confidential password / code.新入职员工需要请电脑房设置系统号。系统号由员工姓名及私人的密码组成。3. Entering and using certain functions within the system will require the Opera code to input. This will mean that all functions and transactions perfo

5、rmed will be recorded against that code and therefore traceable to that staff member.进入并使用某项功能均需要员工输入系统号。也就是说所有的变动均有该员工的使用记录，并且员工需要对自己的行为负责。4. For this reason it is very important that Opera codes remove confidential and are never used by other staff. If a member of staff knows or suspects that thei
