2、roomed by the porter in a friendly and efficient manner immediately.行 李 李 迅 速、 有 礼 貌 地 带 每 一 个 客 人 进 房 间。PROCEDURE:程 序 ： 1. Doorperson open car doors and greet guest.2. Porter unloads the guests luggage from his car and obtains car number. Read the luggage tag so that the porter can address the gues

3、t by name.3. Use trolley to load luggage and guest verify if No. Of pieces of luggage is correct. Check arriving car that nothing is left behind. Confirm with guest No. Of pieces of luggage.4. Inspect luggage for damage and reports any damage to the CONCIERGE礼宾部 desk and inform guest immediately.5.

4、GSA hostess open hotel doors and greets guest and gesture to reception desk.6. The porter follows with luggage to stand at attention in a position rightward behind guest for the room number given by the receptionist. Write name of guest and room number in a luggage tag and attach tag on luggage.7. P

5、roceed to lift with guest and if there is room take lift with guest, if not enough room take the next lift.8. 6、 车 子， 确 保 没 有 东 西 遗 忘 在 车 里， 同 客 人 确 认 行 李 件 数。4. 检 查 一 下 行 李， 如 发 现 损 坏， 立 即通 知客 人并报 告 行 李 台 。5. 迎 宾 员 为 客 人 开 大 门， 向 客 人 问 好 并 把 客 人 带 到前 台 接 待 处。6. 客 人 登 记 时 行 李 员 和 行 李 都 在 客 人 的 右 后 方， 注 意 客 人 的 记 号， 把 房 号 记 在 挂 在 行 李 上 的 行 李 牌 上。7. 把 行 李 送 到 电 梯 口， 如 电 梯 中 有 足 够 的 空 间， 就 同 客 人 一 起 上 电 梯， 如 果 没 有， 就 等 下 一 班 电 梯。8. 到 房 间 后 为 客 人 介 绍 房 间 设 施。-酒店管理手册前厅、客房、餐厅、人事、保安、工程、营销、行政、总经办开业、入职、招聘、设计、程序、标准、SOP酒店管理之家
