GRAB-N-GO可外带小吃店第6a 节 餐厅6a-1.00 GENERAL6a-1.00 总则6a-1.01 All hotels must have at least one multi-service, 3-meal restaurant. Gracious, elegant, and comfortable dining rooms each with its own decorative
2、 theme and ambience. The restaurant is usually very elegant, with particular menu specialties. The size of the restaurant is market driven but in no case shall the total number of restaurant seats be less than 75 seats.所有酒店必须设有至少一个可提供一日三餐的多服务餐厅。用餐室优雅而舒适,每间都有自己的装饰主题和环境。餐厅一般应高雅考究,可提供特色佳肴。餐厅的规模应由市场需求决定

Sneeze guard must comply with applicable laws. Compressor must be completely concealed and soundproofed in housing forming p
7、art of buffet unit. Base of housing must be vented to provide air to the compressor. Access panels for service must match adjacent finishes. The furnishings, finishes and lighting must provide a visually upscale i

Table size must produce 324 sq. in
17、. (0.2m) of surface area or more per person. A minimum 25% of the tops are to be 24 x 30 (600mm x 700mm) in size for versatility. Table base must be designed to support tabletops without tipping over easily when weight is applied to one side. Three point base support being the preferred to avoid tab
