1、酒店管理手册第18 节 食品饮料储藏室18-1.00 GENERAL18-1.00 总则18-1.01 All food and beverage deliveries are checked and weighed at the receiving area by the receiving clerk before they are moved to the food and beverage storerooms. Food and beverage items are kept either on steel shelving in open racks, in boxes in th
2、e screened-in bulk storage area or in cold storage in the refrigerators or freezers.所有食品和饮料在转到食品饮料储藏室之前,均应由收货员在收货区检查并称重。食品和饮料保存在开架的钢制货架、带筛眼大型储藏区中的箱子或者冰箱或冷库中的冷藏储藏区中。18-1.02 Food and beverage storage must be laid out by the kitchen planning consultants and approved by Hilton Hotels Corporation.食品和饮料储存

Locate the walk-in refrigerator within the stora

8、防蒸汽灯具、外部恒温装置和高温报警系统。18-1.11 Walk-in boxes shall be 8-6 high (2.5m).
