1、写字楼租赁意向书租赁意向书写字楼出租意向书【范例一】出租方：_承租方：_本着自愿、平等、互利、有偿的原则，经承租方与出租方友好协商，达成以下共识，签定本租赁意向书：一、承租写字楼承租方自愿租赁福码大厦_区_号写字楼。建筑面积为_平方米。（以下简称该写字楼）。二、承租价原价（小写）： RMB￥_/年，年租金人民币_佰_拾_万_仟_佰_拾_元整。三、承租期限及用途承租方承租该写字楼期限为_年，用作_。四、付款办法1承租方须于签署本意向书时付清定金RMB￥_元；2经承租方与出租方协商，双方约定承租方按（月、季度、年）_向出租方支付租金，即每（月、季度、年）支付一次；3承租方须于签署本意向书后_日内向
