1、写字楼租赁意向书租赁意向书写字楼出租意向书【范例一】出租方:_承租方:_本着自愿、平等、互利、有偿的原则,经承租方与出租方友好协商,达成以下共识,签定本租赁意向书:一、承租写字楼承租方自愿租赁福码大厦_区_号写字楼。建筑面积为_平方米。(以下简称该写字楼)。二、承租价原价(小写): RMB¥_/年,年租金人民币_佰_拾_万_仟_佰_拾_元整。三、承租期限及用途承租方承租该写字楼期限为_年,用作_。四、付款办法1承租方须于签署本意向书时付清定金RMB¥_元;2经承租方与出租方协商,双方约定承租方按(月、季度、年)_向出租方支付租金,即每(月、季度、年)支付一次;3承租方须于签署本意向书后_日内向
