2、方：_ Party B ： _ TERMS & CONDITIONS 条款甲乙双方本着友好协商、共同发展的原则签订本翻译服务合同，其条款如下：Both parties of Party A and Party B have signed the Translation Service Contractbased on the principle of friendly cooperation and mutual development. The articlesare as follows ：一、甲方委托乙方为其提供翻译服务，及时向乙方提交清晰、易于辨认的待译资料，提出明确要求，并对乙方的翻

3、译质量进行监督。1. Party A entrusts Party B with the translation service. Party A shall providelegible documents in time and give clear requirements and control the translationquality of Party B. 二、乙方按时完成翻译任务（如发生不可抗力的因素除外），向甲方提供已翻译好的打印件及电子文件各一份。具体交稿日期为收到待译资料后3 个工作日。对于加急稿件，交稿期限由双方临时商议。2. Party B shall comple

4、te the translation work in time and deliver the translationby printed hard copy and a relevant disk within the agreed date. It takes threeworking days as agreed date for the translation work. Calculation of the load of translation : For electronic documents ，thetran slati on load shall be based on the statistics of the computer （Chi nese VersionWord2003 “ Chin ese characters not in clud ing bla nk spaces ” ）. For pr in ted docume nts,the tran slati on load shall

7、be calculated accord ing to lines of Chin ese characters（the orig inal pri nted copy），i.e. li nes _ rows.五、 本次翻译费为元。甲方同意向乙方缴付一切与此有关的额外开销。这额外开销通常包括（但不只限于）特快专递费等。5. The tran slati on fee is RMB _ .
