23、师，提高学生自学能力为宗旨。经常听老师们说当老师累，课下备齐累， 课上组织课堂、 辅导学生累。我们为实现解放教师，提高学生的自学能力，在集体磨课， 减轻教师备课负担的基础上， 通过对远程教育组织高效课堂的观摩，加强学法指导， 调动学生自学的积极性主动性，真正把课堂还给学生。一点困惑教师在磨课活动中持续参与研究的主动性、积极性不是很高， 很多教师不能通过磨课活动将学到的教育理念纳入自己的认知结构，也不能自如地运用到日常教学上，以至最后对磨课失去兴趣，觉得磨课太“ 磨人” ，把磨课当成负担。活动反思活动反思经过研修， 我们真正的认识到和体会到学生是我们教学的主体，在教学中我们要充分的引导和调动学生
