1、关于建筑装饰工程施工质量及管理措施摘要：建筑装饰工程的质量控制及管理是一个完整的体系，从最初的可行性研究、勘察设计,到施工、竣工验收等阶段,都有关于质量控制的问题。建筑施工阶段质量控制是建筑装饰工程全过程质量控制的关键环节。施工阶段质量管理工作的有效性，关系到整个建筑装饰工程的最终质量，关系到整个建筑装饰工程的顺利完成和成本控制，因此建筑施工过程中必须重视和加强施工阶段的质量管理工作。装饰工程的质量很大程度上决定于施工阶段的质量控制。其核心任务是通过建立健全有效的质量监督体系和质量控制手册来确保装饰工程质量达到合同规定的要求.本文以建筑装饰工程施工阶段质量控制为题进行了较为系统的研究，在总结分

9、1研究背景当前，市场上室内装修用材料质量良荞不齐，部分室内装修用材料中有害物质含量没有得到有效控制，过量释放的有害物严重污染环境,也将给人们的健康带来危害。例如,某省工商局公布了省内销售的涂料、胶赫剂的最新抽检结果。结果显示,内墙涂料合格率最低，仅为50，而不合格率最低是白乳胶为25,聚醋聚氨醋木器漆、硝基木器漆、万能胶不合格率分别为42。5%、33。50k、40。1%.这次抽查结果表明，在当前流通领域的装修材料商品质量参差不齐，两极分化严重。个别产品的基本使用性能严重脱离产品标准要求，部分装修材料不合格项目是影响到环境和人身健康安全的重要项目。这次某省工商局抽查了广州、东莞、佛山、中山、江门

10、等5市25家销售企业销售的47家生产企业生产的涂料、胶豁剂50批次,经检验，不合格20批次。不合格产品中，存在苯、游离甲苯二异氰酸酷(tdi)、游离甲醛等不同项目不合格。其中,有5批次抽检商品苯含量超标。苯是一种己被国际上普遍认同的致癌物质，本次抽查的溶剂型木器涂料中虽未发现生产企业使用纯苯作溶剂,但这次抽检的万能胶产品中有40%苯超标.装饰工程施工质量控制的问题直接影响到人们的健康，其装饰质量控制应该引起重视1。建筑工程施工质量验收强制性条文规定:“建筑装饰装修工程所用材料应符合国家有关建筑装饰装修材料有害物质限量标准的规定。因此，装饰设计人员一般都在设计文件中明确指出工程所用装饰装修材料必须符合相关标准规范.国家标准详细阐述了建筑装饰工程质量的规范。要想符合这些规范，就要求在整个施工过程中严格按照全面质量管理的思路进行质量控制。
