2、 used for cash advances to guests. For example, it is not permissible for guests to request a charge be placed on their folio so that they may receive the cash for that charge. If your property has a property management system (PMS) interface: o Swipe the credit card through the PMS to obtain an aut

3、omatic credit authorization. If your property does not have a PMS interface: o Obtain authorization for the approximate amount of the stay (number of nights x room rate + incidental factor) via an online credit approval equipment or a notification bulletin. o Enter the authorization number into PMS.
