1、酒店管理手册第23 节 收货区23-1.00 GENERAL23-1.00 总则23-1.01 Designated Receiving area must be provided for food, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance supplies.必须为食品、洗衣房、客房部和工程部用品提供指定的收货区。23-1.02 A receiving office shall be located directly adjacent to the receiving/loading dock.收货办公室应紧邻收货/卸货车位。23-1.03 Provide
2、a minimum of 120 sq. ft. (11m) for the receiving office.收货办公室的面积至少应为11 平方米。23-1.04 Receiving area must be designed to have a minimum of three (3) dock bays. Two bays are to be used for service vehicles and the third for the trash compactor/container. Provide a dock levers on the two bays used for se
