1、Around eleven oclock in the morning, I saw a traffic accident at the crossing of Jinhua Road near the Golden Flower Hotel. I was then waiting to cross the street at the traffic lights when I saw a man walking quickly trying to cross the road. He didnt seem to notice that the traffic lights were red.

2、 Just then, a blue Iveco rushed towards him. The car was so fast that it couldnt stop though the driver braked very hard. The brakes screeched when the car stopped but it was too late. It ran over the man.I think three factors contributed to the accident. First, the man should have used the footbrid

3、ge which was just near him. Second, he should have waited for the traffic lights to become green before he crossed the road. Last, the driver is to blame, too. He shouldnt have driven so fast in such a busy street. All this led to the accident. Neither of the driver nor the man observed traffic regu
